I have tried to contact this company 4 times via email, they don’t provide a phone number, no response. Their customer service is poor. Do not waste your money or time with this company. I have contacted the BBB of NJ, it is the address in the US that they ship from. I hope this helps if you are thinking of ordering from them.
I purchased the Electric Fly Trap With USB Type. It did not work! I tried contacting the company looking to return the item after their advice to “plug in the machine” or to “charge it before turning it on.” I viewed this as a way to distract my asking for a refund. After two emails they were non- responsive. Don’t waste your time or your money. A pure rip-off!!!
