Non existent customer service
Received a necklace in gold and wanted to exchange for silver. Numerous emails to support and Gmail emails go unanswered. This site is another example of a Chinese scam. Buyer beware. If I could give zero stars I would.

I don’t even want to give this company one star. They are terrible. Their customer service sucks. It’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten my item and I have been requesting my money back and they won’t respond. Do NOT buy from this company.

Ring has turned a dreads colour so disappointing , won’t be using that company again !!! Started turning colour as soon as it was on , I see a ring I really like and it turns out abysmal yuck 🤢

Bad customer service
Ordered a whale necklace for my mum for Christmas, you can see the little whale sitting on the ocean on the website. When mine arrived the whale was bent backwards and looks like a blob on a stick. You can only see the tail fins and water spout from the back. Messaged them with pictures but they claim they can't see the fault. Also arrived in flimsy plastic sleeve. Wouldn't buy from them again. This company was under the name of Huenaut not jewelleryhut don't know if it's the same company. Im sorry I do not think this is your company Jewellery hut but I was taken to your page for review, the review was for Huenaut but since writing this review they have resolved issue. Sorry
