Delay from from Delivery agent
I almost gave up on the order as it took so long to be delivered to me.
I had to send reminders via email. My candid suggestion will be that you do follow up on all orders if possible make your customers aware of whatever development that may lead to delay instead of the customers to be asking first but when it's coming from you, no matter how long the customer may understand. However, my order later came and it was exactly what i ordered for nicely packaged.
