I love the new rank update, lots of less spam.

To those saying this was against the ToS of Minehut, they put "We make no promises about our products, services, or content, and the damages you may seek in a legal action against us are limited." right in there, therefore it is NOT against the ToS. If you don't want to follow the ToS anymore, follow this "If you terminate this agreement, you must cease all use of and access to our products, services, and content."

All the recent reviews already said basically everything but one thing they don't mention is that Minehut is flagging reviews that were never offensive or whatever.

Sorry Minehut, but this is not what we are looking for. Terrible update. (Just to know, I’m Minehut OG). Scammers in one hand.

The new update is terrible , its impossible to ad you have constantly to pay all the time.

This new ranking system is absolutely horrendous.

First off, They deliberately removed the permanent ranks and added an advertisement cap. They removed the permanant ranks and have made the ranks subscription based. They then added an advertisement cap and they have restricted it depending on how much you pay. Which i believe is unfair to the people who have paid specifically to advertise on their accounts. All of this added up means small and upcoming communities will have trouble paying for a rank because they don't get funds. This could therefore lead to minehut becoming dead because no one wants to pay 5$ to advertise.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Minehut. As a long-time user of their hosting platform, I have experienced frequent server crashes, causing significant frustration for our players. However, what is even more concerning is that Minehut went back on their promise of permanent ranks, and they removed our ranks without prior notice.

When we purchased the ranks, we were assured that they were everlasting and that they would remain active for as long as our server was up. However, this turned out to be a false statement. We lost our ranks. Making matters worse, when we contacted customer support, we received no help or compensation for the loss.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unethical. If Minehut cannot keep their promises, then they should be held accountable for their actions. I would caution others against using their services due to their bad service and lack of integrity.

In conclusion, I do not recommend Minehut as a server hosting platform, and I advise anyone considering using their services to take their business elsewhere.

have been using Minehut for my Minecraft server hosting needs, and I have been thoroughly impressed with their service. Their platform is easy to use and allows for a wide range of customization options, making it easy to create and manage a server that suits my needs.

As an individual who purchased a rank with Minehut, I feel disappointed that the abilities of the rank have been changed without my input. I believe that these changes were made under a lawful agreement, but I am still frustrated that the unlimited Chat Ads feature has been replaced with a monthly limit. I am aware that companies have the right to modify their policies and products, but I feel that I should have had a say in these changes as a paying customer.

If I believe that these changes are in breach of the agreement or terms of service that were in place at the time of my rank purchase, I may consider reaching out to Minehut's support team or legal department to voice my concerns and explore potential options. Depending on the terms of service or agreement, I may be able to receive a refund or compensation for the changes made to the rank system. It's important for me to review these agreements and seek professional advice before taking any legal action.

Minehut adding subscription ranks and I purchased before ranks I want my credits back. I do not like this at all. Scammers

Minehut is a good server host for two players on a small world, however if there are any more on then after a month or so of playing it will start to slow down significantly, especially if some players are in the nether or the end. My server has also been hacked and griefed by another player who somehow found a way to get in while not being on the whitelist

Fast responses and kind service. All throughout the ticket politeness and empathy. They even mentioned that the team will work on the issue to prevent the problem from happening to others.

Good host. The reason I recommend is becuase it's so simple, for people who don't know how to start their way. I don't recommend this to big server, becuase of the lack of features such as a fully woking ftp access. support is good but compering to other hosts which have live, it's a bit disappointing.
Overall, you should use it for a maximum of a 100 players server.

I had a problem with my server, it didn't start. A friend of mine wrote minehut on twitter and the communication was quick, respectful and helpful. Then I had a few chats via E- Mail with one of the responsible guys. They immediately tried to solv the problem and they did succed! Everything works well as it was before. And also here the communication was nice, polite and good for both sides.

I've been using minehut since late 2019, and i've had a great experience. For a service that's free, it's genuinely really good to mess around with a few friends on minecraft. Today they helped revive a server that got corrupted, because I used an unsupported mod (my fault) and they had a backup saved of the world. Support was really nice, even if my replies were a little late. I reccomend it whole heartedly :)

Bought credits, Changed my mind and asked for refound. Everything was sorted & refounded in less than 2 hours...

Jamie, Lateisha G, and their tech were very nice, quick, and efficient in helping resolve my issue. I'm very pleased.
