I bought a ruby ring in India which turned out to be not quite what I’d thought and I returned it and got my money back thankfully. I got in touch with Nick Bailey at Miltons, who had valued it for me and told him what I was looking for. It took some time but he sourced a really beautiful vintage ruby and diamond ring for me which I am thrilled with. Thanks so much for all your help. A great service.

The only place to buy a Rolex in the North West!

After searching for some time I found the watch I wanted at the Chester store. I was served by Michael who is extremely professional and informative. From the initial call - to buying the watch was altogether an excellent service.

I’ve searched all Milton’s competitors in the North West, and their prices are always the best. I purchased I new Datejust a few months ago which has already gone up in value by £500. They are a fantastic investment!

The St John’s store has an excellent watch team when your Rolex requires a service.
I was warmly greeted by a friendly and helpful Security Guard, and served by Phil who is the Rolex Guru. I received loads of helpful information about my new and pre-owned watches.

I highly recommend both stores. They only source pristine watches and provide a consistent excellent service.

I have used Miltons Jewellers several times, and are my first choice when searching for a Rolex wristwatch. I have bought two Rolex watches from them thus far, a GMT & Ladies Yachtmaster and both experiences were exemplary. They are most friendly and a fountain of knowledge on their subject, they willingly help with advice on any matter, even when not actually purchasing an item from their store. I really can’t praise them high enough 10 /10

Have now bought two items of jewellery from this store. The service received on both occasions has been excellent. The items are beautifully packaged and a written valuation for insurance purposes is usually received within a couple of days.

The quality of their jewellery is both excellent and exceptionally good value if purchasing pre-loved items.

Wow, really S S Miltons of Chester Wow.
I visited today 18th December 2020 following weeks of walking past and checking out their window displays.

I hoped to locate a ring for my partner that was exceptional and Diamonds.

The shop was very busy, only a couple and masked but I wanted to call whilst stood outside.

The chap answered the phone, nice man and I explained I was OK outside but could they tell me the size of the ring I liked in the window.

A lady come over to the window and we smiled as she got hold of the beautiful ring.

I was invited in and I was the only customer as the others had just left.

Wow! It was not just the fact I wanted to ring, thr young man serving me was super helpful and friendly.

The lady by the door was wonderful and so supportive with my questions, really made me feel at home.

I like quality used jewelry as you can save thousands of pounds! And I did!

So impressed and because the staff created a welcoming experience I just had to have the Diamond Ring!

The refraction of light through the diamons was just lovely and full of colour.

I am looking forward to collecting the ring and wrapping it for my partners Xmas gift.

Anyone reading this , seriously please consider visiting, I had to visit a few times and thankfully someone had offered S S Milton the chance to purchase the ring helping that customer.

Now the ring will be loved and looked after.

So very happy with how I've been treated today. Not judged, just really friendly helpful staff and I will be back again to choose a ring for me next time.

Just had to write this review about the service I have received by the the wonderful guys at Miltons Church Street branch (Liverpool). From my very first communication by email to Nick Bailey to the professional and helpful customer service by Laura. I had originally seen a beautiful diamond ring on their website and emailed Nick for further information, within a couple of hours he had gave me all the answers to my questions and believed me there were lots:). Nick kindly put the ring aside for me, when I arrived at the branch I was greeted by Laura who was so helpful and friendly also, had excellent product knowledge. I eventually chose a different ring that was shown to me by Laura. So I just want to say thank you for everything in these days people are quick to report the negative and not the positive. Keep up the good work and keep smiling!!

I recently had some questions about Rolex watches and Haywood responded in a timely manner, providing sound advice. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommended Miltons.

Fantastic service received from Michael in the Chester store today. I arrived at the shop following a reservation of a ring I had seen on the website. He took the time to show my husband and I the ring and answered all our questions without any pressure to buy. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable and we left with a beautiful ring and a bottle of champagne! I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop, an all round excellent customer service experience. Thank you.

Never left a review before but felt I had to comment regarding the fantastic staff at Miltons in Chester. I arrived at their shop with a list of 8 rings I had seen on their website. They took the time to show me each ring, answered all my questions and never at any point did I feel like I was under any pressure to buy. I was able to make my decision in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and I left the shop with a beautiful ring and a bottle of champagne. I didn't get the name of the young man who served me but he was fantastic and a real credit to Miltons, there was also a lovely young lady who helped to gather my selection together who I hope one day gets the ring of her dreams just like I did. I would have no hesitation recommending this shop, the staff provided me with good old fashioned customer service which is a very rare thing these days and I am delighted with my purchase.
