Excellent customer service at Miltons Diamonds Liverpool today. My elderly mum was left some money by an aunt, and wanted to purchase a pre owned diamond solitaire ring.
Jane the staff member who dealt with us was so very helpful, knowledgable and patient. She was really kind to my mum whilst she showed her many varieties and choices - finally deciding on a beautiful ring. The team were all really friendly and Jane especially made our visit really special. Thankyou

Excellent company. Ordered a 9ct gold belcher chain fast dispatch but unfortunately dpd messed the delivery up (not miltons dimonds fault at all ) the chain was excellent quality but it was needed for a specific date that dpd missed the delivery by 2days so I had to send it back. The lady I spoke to from Miltons was very Helpful and arranged the return and refund. It was quick and easy to return and refund processed very quickly. I will use Miltons diamonds again in the future.

I’ve never written a review for a retailer before but felt I had to for these. I’ve used jewellers and watch dealers for 30 years and this was by far my best experience. I didn’t even spend that much money with them but nothing was too much trouble for them in helping me. My only regret is not finding them 30 years ago. Special mention to Lorraine in the St Helens store who put me in the contact with the amazing team in the Liverpool County Rd store. All staff were a credit to the company. Will certainly use them again.

Just purchased my second Rolex. Excellent service. A minor irritation Milton Diamonds would rather receive payment by Credit Card with the accompanying charges, rather than payment by Debit Card without charges and offer a modest discount.

Popped in as I was passing and greeted by a wonderful expert! Didn't know exactly what I wanted but I was given good advice and shown various jewellery. I have noted a few options and hope to return soon to make a purchase. A refreshing experience, thank you!

First time online pre-owned jewellery purchase and was a little apprehensive after looking at many different websites and seeing some items looking worn or damaged. Sizing was crucial and many websites were just too vague. Was about to give up when I found a curb bracelet on Milton’s Diamonds that looked to be perfect. Ordering was easy and although item arrived a day late, it was well packaged. I was impressed with the PIN requirements needed by the courier so you know it can’t be left somewhere safe or at a wrong address. I am really pleased with the bracelet and it looked brand new, the clasp looked secure and in very good condition. The sizing was spot on which was a relief. Comparing like for like Milton’s Diamonds appear to offer very good value for money. I can totally recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I discovered Milton’s had the watch I had been waiting a long time for at Rolex, to no avail! It was mint condition and far cheaper than list price, so after careful consideration and great online correspondence with Conor, decided to go for it. Had a day trip to Liverpool too! Kerry and the team at the store were wonderful and we were really impressed with their set up and would definitely recommend.

We were very impressed with the service received at Milton's. All staff were friendly and helpful. We were selling jewelry, Kieran explained the process and offered a very competitive price. We would definitely be visiting again

The website and prices were very good, found what I was looking for with ease and plenty of information in the description, but as of today my item still hasn’t arrived, I placed my order on 01-01-25 and it’s was dispatched express delivery which was the 03-01-25 not express delivery really but ok, now as of today I still haven’t received my order, DPD are stating now my item hasn’t been scanned for over 24hrs and can’t be located, Milton’s have now recalled the item back and are refusing a refund until the order is received back to them, even though DPD state item cannot be found in warehouse or lost and found etc. So No Jewellery, No Refund and waited 2 week for nothing. Also been ignored now by customer service after I shown evidence from DPD, thought I was been reasonable waiting this long to contact them but unfortunately not

But decided to buy direct off the jewellers direct saved £28.It came beautifully wrapped in a lovely box.very professional.looks like it's been cleaned so nice for new owner. Came the following day.so a 10/10 from me.
