Placed a large order, paid in full in July. Shipped them my own fabric which they received. Then almost immediately stopped all communication. At this point we have not received the furniture, have not had a refund and they don't answer phone emails or letters sent.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
Absolute TERRIBLE costumer service! I have emailed 5 times over the last month and have not had a single reply. I have been waiting for a chair since October!!
I am still waiting for a stool that was supposed to be delivered in November. Was promised another would be sent to me last week. Still no stool, and no one returning my emails. Just automated reply saying someone will get back "shortly" and no one does. Soooo frustrating.
Do not order from this company! We placed an order on the 21/11/2022 for 20 chairs for a showroom upgrade. They acknowledged the order and we paid in full. Since then they have communicated delays (we were supposed to receive the chairs on the 28.02). We have not heard from them since the 13/03/2023, so we're now having to go through legal proceedings to get our money back.
