After reaching out asking for a quotation and providing all the relevant information, they asked me to confirm colour choice.
I could not see the options, so queried for a link or further info, just to receive generic responses advising me of the website link.
Take two minutes and read your customers queries, and provide relevant responses instead of treating them like re****s.
