I ordered a few items as a gift. After I ordered i reviwed my details and realised it was going to be delivered to my old address. I emailed the company and Olivia rectified this for me. Customer service was second to none. Thanks again!

Having looked into this from the order number linked to the review I can see that Royal Mail have returned this to sender as you didn’t provide a full delivery address as checkout. The house name or number was missing and they were unable to deliver this. If you would like to reach out to our customer service by email they can arrange to resend this or issue a refund once returned by Royal Mail.
