We had a great experience at Millie &…
We had a great experience at Millie & Ralph as new parents who had no idea about prams! We were able to see all the different brands in person and test drive them all. Sophie was so helpful for us. She showed us how to use each one and was very knowledgable. The staff weren’t pushy with trying to get sales they left us to it when we needed time to discuss and we’re always on hand when we needed assistance. Great experience for us and we walked away very happy after placing our order thank you :)

I have bought baby clothes for my grandchildren from Millie and Ralph before so I knew quality of their products would be exceptional. They are well made and look much better, if possible, in real life. It’s so hard to get unique knitted outfits but I know I will find something special on their website. Not great customer service
Nothing wrong with product. But customer service was poor. Ordered an item for my baby girl and literally 5mins after realised don’t like the material. Nothing on website to cancel. Emailed to cancel and only got response when shipped to inform me it’s shipped and if I want a refund I would have to go through trouble to send back. With 4 children, I don’t have the time. I explained this in email back and they just repeated what I already knew. No help offered

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As a small family run business we are saddened to see that you have rated us 2 stars. After looking into this I can see that you placed your order over a weekend and also emailed requesting to cancel this. Unfortunately our office are closed on a weekend and customer support is available 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. To ensure that all orders are dispatched as soon as possible to customers our warehouse team do work outside these orders due to us taking orders 24/7. Sadly once your email request was picked up on Monday morning the order had already been processed and sent for dispatch so the team confirmed that you could of course return this for a full refund. Although as a small business with families ourselves we cannot offer 24/7 customer support via email we do work tirelessly to ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible. I can only apologise that on this occasion this efficiency has caused you to have a bad experience with us.
