Paid but no product!
Placed an order for a travel stroller on 27/06/26.
Over a week later and the stroller still has not been dispatched nor have we been given a delivery date. No reply to emails or messages. Online chat support just said "we get deliveries daily" and never replied to any further questions.
Unsure if selling product without having the item in stock.
Currently ~£350 down and no pram to use!
Very disappointed.

Absolutely shocking !!! Very misleading on the website be careful if you order sleep suits don’t be fooled, in thinking headband will come with them, they don’t !
Clearly states included !
Shocking prices I would not have paid that without the headband..
Be very careful!
And I only had a response from them once I’d started a return through Royal Mail !

I returned an order
I returned an order, untouched, when I ordered I was given the option to purchase a gift box, which I did. I had to chase for a refund and then only to find out the almost £10 gift box which I returned with my order wasn’t included in the refund. Very poor!
