Had a visit from Chris Smith to sort out the snags, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He came out and fixed everything to a very high standard, and even helped fix the front door, which had become difficult to lock.

Chris was very friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the visit. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Thank you, Chris!

I'll start by saying that I was pleasantly surprised to met Craig today. Such a polite and kind man who was very focused on his job and did an amazing job! I recommend Craig to everyone who needs work to be done around the house. He's careful to details and nicely explained the solutions to our problem! Well done Craig, nice to met you!! 5*

There are 3 main things I am very unhappy with.
1) My home leaks. Miller have been to investigate by removing some bricks. They have acknowledged verbally that the damp proof course has not been constructed correctly, as per the technical drawings, but I have not yet been offered a solution, and it now feels like they are trying to avoid the problem all together. The bricklaying contractors have quit. The technical rep has quit. And the above/below ground engineers have stopped responding to my emails. I suspect the build error may affect a lot more houses than just mine, but it is only recognisable when the skirting boards are removed under specific weather conditions.
2) Block Paving Driveway subsided very early on and it floods whenever it rains. I have been chasing this up for over 2 years, and the problem is still unresolved. Communication and feedback are appalling.
3) The communal areas of the estate were not finished on schedule. No work has been done for a long time and the schedule for doing it seems to constantly go back further and further, to the point that it feels as though it is never going to be completed.

This 5* Review is specifically for Marek, who today carried out remedial work at our property.
Marek was outstanding from start to finish. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough, he approached the job with genuine care and attention to detail. The quality of his workmanship was excellent, and he took the time to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard.
It's really refreshing to meet someone who clearly takes so much pride in their work. Marek made what could have been a stressful experience completely straightforward and hassle-free.
I couldn't be happier with the result and I'm very grateful for his efforts. Marek deserves full recognition for the fantastic job he did. Highly recommended.

We had Chris smith attend our home today, he took the time to fix a multitude of issues around my house, paying great attention to detail and making sure everything was completed to a high standard. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and he was happy to explain what he was doing along the way.

I am really pleased with all the site team and sales at Meadowbrook Chase. The sales team have been great with answering questions and dealing with visits by myself and my contractors. They are efficient and prompt with replies to emails and always answer the phone.
The meetings with the site team throughout the purchase process were professional, well structured and very informative. They answered my questions without hesitation and left no stone unturned informing me about my house and the surrounding areas.
The house has been treated well throughout the build, no mess left in the house and the brickwork has been clean throughout the build process.
The final product is looking amazing and I am excited to move in.

Sam Taylor has been a few times now to fill, sand , paint as well as other jobs and I cannot fault him. He works so hard, cleans up after himself, he’s very friendly and does a fantastic job. Even when there are extra little bits that needs doing, instead of me phoning them through, he gets them sorted there and then. I cannot rate him highly enough. Thanks Sam

Jake came round to paint my porch but said that it definitely needed filling and rubbing down before any paint could be applied. Very thorough, thoughtful, conscientious and tidy. Thank you. 🙏🏼

Great service visiting the East Calder Oaks development. The sales advisor on site offered to show us around the show home and a few different house types they have available. She went above and beyond to answer questions we had.

Chris and Mark have been fantastic with correcting our house (pop marks, fixing the shower etc). Professional, friendly and have done a great job. Tidied up after themselves and went above and beyond!

We dealt with Jo Crofts at Willowbrook Rise development and from the beginning she was a star!
As first time buyers, it was difficult for us to understand the process of buying, and there was alot for us to do, however, Jo explained everything in a clear and concise way. She always provides updates on the progress of our home and has been a great support throughout. We couldn't thank Jo enough for her support and guidance.
