Top tier service and value for my money.
I discovered this company online a few years ago and I've been using them ever since. This experience was different though. Laura Duran made it extra special. I've never had to alter or cancel any of my reservations before, but this time my plans changed and I needed to adjust the date and the vehicle. I called and Laura Duran took my call. She was very patient, clear and helpful. She turned my worries that I would either lose money or not be able to change the car into pure happiness. She didn't only change the date, vehicle and name on the rental but she stayed on the line until I got a payment link that worked best for me. I'm truly thankful that she was the voice and person on the next end of the line. I'll always choose Miles as a trusted company for my vehicle travel needs. The price is always the best and the value can't be beat.

Had a reservation made a few days ago. But today that the same vehicle rental was now at a discounted price. Called miles car rental and spoke to Javier Calderon and in a matter of 26 mins I got a new reservation with a credit for the balance. Javier is always helpful and keeps you informed at every step of the process
