We sincerely regret the inconvenience this situation caused. Since the reservation was payable at destination, no payment was made in advance, which means there is no refund applicable; however, your experience is very important to us and helps us continue working on improving coordination and availability to prevent this from happening again 🤝💬
Awful experience
Horrible experience. Made a reservation and when I asked a question about insurance I learned that my contract was invalid. I booked a car from out of the country, and Miles assigned that country as my issuing my drivers license without ever asking. Turns out my US license would be double the cost for the contract with Miles so I'm forced to cancel and find a reasonable company. Worse, I then have to furnish copies of my license or I wont get my money refunded. Then I have to wait days to get my money back. THIS WAS A TOTALLY INCOMPETENT COMPANY, WITH A FAULTY WEBSITE, AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Regarding their phony reply, that nowhere on there website did they ask about my license or country of origin.

Pure Incompetence
I rented a car online, and for some reason Miles assumed that the country I made the reservation from was the country I had a drivers license in. Then never asked at any time throughout the process. WTF? I called to confirm the reservation, and was told of the mistake and that the rate for a US residence was double the rate. Then I had to furnish sensitive information just to receive a refund, and start the process over with another company. PURE INCOMPETENCE
