My son really enjoy playing and learning with Miko. His baby brother is always happy to see Miko dancing .

We are very satisfied with the Miko Chess Pro mat. It has helped my son stay away from screens for chess.com games. The Miko Chess App is brilliant and way better than the erstwhile Square off App.

To add to this, I am very satisfied with the support provided by the Miko Support team. They resolved a technical issue that I faced quite swiftly.

Our experience was really disappointed 6 years ago

We ordered the Miko Neo and Swap board on Kickstarter 6 years ago, and they never shipped.
Until They acquired Squareoff and were responsible for shipping the swap board, but after numerous calls, they never shipped it. It was a truly disappointing experience.

My son is 5 years old and we're having a great time using Miko. His favorite part is creating stories with Miko and dancing with Miko. This is a really great gift!
Even my 10 year old daughter likes to do some activities with Miko. This is great for the whole family.

I purchased a Miko 3 from an auctioneer, and while it turned on, it wasn’t working properly. I reached out to Miko’s customer support via chat and was genuinely impressed by how helpful and proactive they were. The product required reset and over-the-air updates from their end, and the robot was up and running within a few hours.

Now the ratings are 3. 1 reason 1 star is deducted.
1st Subscription is ridiculous and pathetic
2nd you should know what works and what doesnt for ratings too. i have sent email check that clearly

Miko 3 is a fun and engaging learning robot for kids. It has a friendly design, lots of educational games, and the parent app gives good control. My child loves the interactive features like stories and movement games.

What really impressed me was the customer support — they were quick and helpful when I needed assistance, and made the process of getting the robot set up smooth.

It’s not perfect (some features need the subscription, and setup can take a little patience), but overall it’s a great mix of education and fun, backed by strong support.

Not the best way to learn and entertain my kid also not the best quality product itself!

Miko 3 really helped my kids speak more English
and made learning fun. Sometimes it gives unrelated answers and needs strong Wi-Fi, but overall it's a great tool to boost
kids' confidence in speaking

After acquiring Square Off, Miko is fully responsible for delivering these boards, yet there has been no proper communication, updates, or fulfillment.

It’s extremely disappointing to see a company expand and take over others while completely ignoring their original backers. This feels like a broken promise, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I love Miko, My Child love to interact with this tool, and he learn a lot of things and explore a lot of themes about sciencie, math, grammar, numbers. Just love play and learn with miko

Despite countless updates and vague promises, the boards never arrived. Not once was there a clear timeline or meaningful communication about the delays.
To make matters worse, Miko acquired SquareOff—so they’re now fully responsible for delivering these boards. But instead of stepping up, they’ve gone silent. No transparency, no resolution, and certainly no product. It feels like they’ve abandoned their original backers in favor of chasing new ventures.
If you're considering supporting anything from this company, think twice. Their track record with fulfilling commitments is deeply disappointing.
