Bank withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on our side, and then times vary from instant to 1 – 2 working days as this is ultimately dependent on your bank’s response times when they apply the funds to your account.
We have no control unfortunately over processing times as these are dictated by our processor and the receiving banks.
Should the funds not be received within this timeframe, we would kindly ask you to contact us on clientservices@mifinity.com and provide us with a full bank statement dated from the day the withdrawal was requested to present for further investigation.

They closed my acc and

they closed my account on 9.7. since then they don't want to send me my 8000e!!! every day they have the same answers that the request to send money to my iban takes a few days. they keep saying that and my money is still there. Pls help

Kyc on repeat transactions

First withdrawl took 24 hours for "kyc" fair enough, a day later withdrawl was successful. Now second withdrawl from same mifinity wallet to same bank account is on hold for kyc even though already done kyc on first withdrawl

I can't withdraw funds from my account


I can't withdraw funds from my account. When I want to do so, it says, "I have a transaction limit on my account." XDD support has been responding for a month. Their department is checking the account for a limit increase. Hahaha. A month of checking to increase the limit? Of course, I don't recommend it. They're just scammers who steal people's money.

SCAMMERS. THIEVES. FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

This company is as fraudulent as the online casinos such as BOOMERANG and SLOT LOUNGE!!! They are working in sync with one another so they don't have to pay you. They blame the problem on one another, when in fact it's all a scheme operated by an organised scam syndicate. DO NOT trust them!! MiFinity do not want to process my winnings when I've requested withdrawals numerous times. They always blame the casino. Then, the casino blames MiFinity.
I have screenshots, emails and downloaded scripts from the chat conversations as evidence which will expose these scammers for the thieving frauds that they really are. I have no hesitation in making it all public on every social media platform so people are well aware and know NOT to use MiFinity, BOOMERANG or SLOT LOUNGE.

MiFinity nor these any of these other scammers would even deposit my winnings into my personal bank account. It was rejected every single time with MiFinity blaming my personal bank as being the one rejecting the deposit.

I have AUD$700 sitting in my e-wallet in my MiFinity account, yet 'Jamie' from MiFinity is claiming that the AUD$700 is not there. I have screenshots of this as proof that my balance is in fact AUD$700.
The time and date of these screenshots of my MiFinity account clearly showing my current balance of AUD$700, coincide with the time and date of the emails between myself and 'Jamie' from MiFinity.

I am about to expose this company 'MiFinity' if they do not release my money into my verified personal bank account. (Also verified by MiFinity).

People: PLEASE BEWARE OF 'MiFinity'.

I asked them a few times that i need an email saying that my account has been succesfully closed with fullname and account number visible in the email , still to this day i don't have that email. I need this email as a confirmation that my account has been closed to go further.

Tried for months to get over $100 of my…

Tried for months to get over $100 of my money deposited into my account. When I Initially contacted them the response was the same every time ....waiting for bank details to be confirmed. Then no response to my emails. I stopped contacting them for 2 months. Log into my account and my balance is $0. Contact support to be told they have no record of any account. I messaged them via my account. Oh well no transactions on your account.
What a rort they have going on!!

KYC Hold

I would like to start off by saying that I opened my account today after withdrawing my casino winnings from CrownGold Casino, I started off with the verification process which took around 4-8 hours to complete and I was fine with that, I got sent an email that verification is complete and I have an open limit to withdraw, Once I put in my withdrawal which was to an Australian Bank Account, they instantly put me on KYC hold, based on all the reviews I have read, it seems that I will be stuck at this stage for weeks, months, maybe even years.
I will not judge anything yet and that’s why my rating is neutral, I sent them an email asking about the KYC hold and I still haven’t gotten any response.
On the other hand, I have also read that some people’s banks rejected the transaction and following that, no funds were returned to their MiFinity Ewallets which worries me, I hope this is not the case for me here.
I will finish off my review after this matter has been resolved.
I will give the most honest review without any bias and just based on their interactions with customers and whether they’re helpful or not.

UPDATE: My funds were withdrawn and transferred to my bank account and they reached instantly, I was very surprised given the reviews I have seen here, makes me wonder whether the bad reviews are real or fake.
Thank you Mifinity for this smooth process, it took under 24 hours to fully withdraw triple digits under 2 transactions. No extra verification was needed after my account first got verified, funds were reviewed then released.
