Payments are placed on hold to be reviewed by our team, once the review is complete the funds are released. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on our side, but it can take up to 3 working days as this is dependent on the bank’s response times when they apply the funds to the account. Weekends and Bank holidays are excluded from this timeframe. FRAUD COMPANY!
I’ve had a terrible experience with Mifinity. My account has been blocked for over a month without any valid reason, and my lawful funds are being withheld. Their support team originally confirmed that I was allowed to receive third-party payments into my virtual IBAN account, but later they changed their stance completely and refused to release my money.
They even said they would recall a £2,000 incoming payment, which came from a legitimate peer-to-peer cryptocurrency sale on OKX. I’ve provided every piece of documentation proving the transaction was legal, yet they continue to hold my money and ignore my requests.
Their customer service is slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful. I feel completely let down and financially harmed by their actions. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away from Mifinity until they learn to treat their customers fairly and transparently.

SCAM COMPANY!
I was a verified client, just after 2 days of using when I deposited £2000 into my virtual Iban account they blocked my account and withheld my legal and personal funds! They confirmed that I can deposit from third-party but after the deposit they blocked my account and said that deposit from third-party is not permitted! I filed a complaint against them on FOS as they refused to transfer my funds out to my personal bank account. They are a scam company steal other people's money, beware of them and step away!

Stay away from MiFinity!
My first withdrawal went fine, but the second has been a nightmare. They demanded 3 months of payslips & bank statements, I sent them exactly what they asked for, and they rejected them with no reason.
Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with — super slow replies, copy-paste answers, and no real help. Meanwhile, they’re holding my own money hostage.
I will be reporting MiFinity to financial regulators for this shady and unprofessional behavior. Customers deserve transparency, not delays and excuses.

Hidden limits, funds blocked, and no support response
I am a fully verified MiFinity user and yet my account suddenly showed the error “Your cumulative transaction limit has been reached. Please contact Customer Service.”
The problem is:
• These “cumulative limits” are not shown anywhere in the account.
• My balance is available, but I can’t withdraw my own money.
• I contacted support immediately, but received no reply or clear guidance.
It is unacceptable to freeze customer funds without explaining the rules or responding to support tickets. MiFinity must be transparent about transaction limits and provide faster support, otherwise users are left in the dark with money stuck.
