Midland Air Conditioning and Facility Management Ltd Reviews 

Following the summer of 2022 I decided AC was no longer an option. Checking the Which Trusted Traders site I found Midland Air Conditioning had very good reviews and was my nearest provider.
Following my initial contact I was visited by Nathan who pointed out the best options and we decided on two separate systems, one downstairs and one upstairs.
Having paid the deposit Katy ordered the parts and arranged a fitting date, allowing two days. On the day Callum and Pete turned up at 09:00 and by the end of the first day had completed the internal work. During the morning Matt the electrician turned up and provided the necessary wiring from the consumer unit. The next day they had finished by 12:30 having tested the installation and cleaned up. I must say the standard of clean up was first class, leaving very little for us to do. Also the two engineers were very efficient and friendly.
Following the installation Emma back in the office set up a direct debit for our maintenance contract.
The whole process was very smooth and efficient, and everyone involved was friendly and helpfull. I am very pleased with my selection of MAC and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential customers.

I chose to purchase and install my EV charger from MAC as it was important to me to have the installation done properly. My garage is detached from my house by some distance and my electrical distribution boards are probably not conventional by current new-build standards. I felt immediately confident from the initial sales conversation and I was able to choose the brand of charger that I felt would satisfy both my current and potential future needs, perhaps if I decide to install solar panels at some stage. The installation went very smoothly and the communication was great throughout. I have no doubt that my neighbours will ask me about my experience and will also be using MAC for the EV charger installations in due course.

At NML, we use MAC every year, to annually service, repair or advise, on our air con and air flow system. Very reliable and trustworthy company. Always a pleasure to complete our needs for our company.

We decided to install A/C into 3 rooms in our home.
The people from MAC were very pleasant to deal with, professional and attentive.
The whole process ran very smoothly from the quotation to the install which was completed on time, courteously and with no mess.

Having had a large AC system installed by Midland Air Con for many months now, I can confidently say that MAC was the best choice we could have made, and the Mitsubishi units are fantastic!

MAC provided a personalised service and designed the system according to our needs, providing an excellent service from start to finish.

Care was taken at every stage to ensure we were happy with everything and nothing was too much trouble to ensure we were happy with the systems.

As for the systems themselves, they are exceptionally efficient at both heating and cooling rooms quickly, and now we need not fear the blistering hot summers!

I would recommend MAC without hesitation - especially if you want a cost-effective solution to a cooler summer at home or to take the chill off in winter without extortionate bills.

They were professional right from the start, a quick reply to my enquiry and a quote for the work submitted the same day the engineer visited to survey the property and advice given on the best option. The engineers who installed the system, arrived when they were expected and worked quickly but thoroughly to finish the installation in the time slot reserved for it, and cleaned up after themselves.
The job may have been comparatively small compared to some they are contracted for, but I felt as if they viewed it with the same degree of importance as they would a larger contract.

Fairley priced, the company matched the best quote I had got online. Received excellent service from start to finish and EV charger installation was done within 3 days. I would recommend unhesitantly wishing to use their services.

We'd had a number of problems with our aircon & heating system. Contact was made with MAC and they've been superb. Great communication from Katy in the office & the visiting engineers have been courteous & helpful. Parts supply had been an issue, but we were regularly kept up to date. Our heating is now fully functioning much to the joy of our staff & customers. Thanks MAC 👍

This has been my second time using this company and they have not disappointed.

I had air con fitted down stairs in my house two years ago and the work was done brilliantly couldn't complain and the aftercare and maintenance has been superb.

So when it came to wanting upstairs done it was a no brainer MAC for me and again they was fast, efficient, clean and tidy couldn't be more helpful even down to the young lads that installed the units taking off there shoes when entering my home just an absolute pleasure all round.

MAC have just completed installation of Air source Heat pumps in two room using a split condencer.The quality of the workmanship by the MAC technicians has been excellent as has the communication from start to finish I would definitely recommend MAC.

It's the second house that I've had air conditioning installed by MAC. The first units I had were Toshiba and got us through a couple of hot summers which were great.This time we had Mitsubishi LNs and they are fantastic. Amazing colours (we had red and blck units) and fully controllable through the app or a browser. Really good looking bits of kit. The install was completed just before the record breaking 40+ degree heat we've just had. Walking around a 19 degree house in a hoodie when outside was unbearably hot :)
Professional and personal service all the way. Anthony said that he likes to look after his customers and he does, answering messages and call at all hours. He doesn't stop working he says, I suppose that's how you run a successful business.
Would definitely recommend if you're considering air con and you really should the way our summers are going. Everyone I mention it to says they wish they had so why not just get it done?

Had a single-room wall-mounted AC unit install which was on the first-floor. Engineers on site were both professional and very clean with their work. No clean-up was required after they had completed their job.

Job was done super neatly as well, with everything trunked nicely and outdoor condensor unit installed neatly against brickwork.

Customer Service both pre-install and post-install has been fantastic and excellent. There might be slightly cheaper installs available in the West Midlands, but I have NO REGRETS going with this company, due to their warranty policy and quality of engineers/level of work + customer service.

Been a pleasure and look forward to using this company in the future for maintance of my new install and possibly new future installs!.

Midland Air Conditioning recently installed a domestic air-con system at our house. From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with. The initial survey gave us an early indication of their professionalism, and subsequent visits to their showroom supported that. The purchasing process was easy, the installation engineers were effective and efficient, post-installation support was helpful and friendly, and the office staff did all that they could to make things go as smoothly as possible. Everyone that we have met from MAC has been a really lovely person and very enjoyable to do business with.
My wife and I would thoroughly recommend them!

I have had installed 4x Mitsubishi split LN Air conditioning units with MAC as the supplier.

Firstly I researched for many weeks to find the best AC units, looking at COP values, warranty periods etc. then searched for suppliers that did that kit.

Of the 4 companies that came back to me only MAC gave me confidence in what they told me. The others all came over a bit like used car salesmen (if you know what I mean).
Others seemed cheaper but when you dug into the quotes the kit proposed was not what I asked for!

A special thanks goes to Anthony (company boss) who does the home visits and quotes personally (he is not a salesman btw) who gave honest advice and proposed options that gave us more flexibility than I had hoped for.

Install was completed perfectly with Anthony personally checking in that we were completely happy and all was well, which of course it was.

The install team were very polite, clean and courteous from start to finish and even worked until 9pm one night to ensure it was all completed and working before they left.

We have been using these units to supply all of the house heating (set at 24 degrees 24/7) Since it has all been installed 66 days now so far and the running cost has averaged out to 78p per day. Incredibly efficient heating. I calculated to have saved over 60% on my normal heating bill by doing this. Well worth looking at seriously. I am keeping a daily running costs spreadsheet to monitor the costs but expect overall bill savings to be significant over the year.

So in summary would I recommend MAC - YES 100%

I was new to this company but there friendliness good advice and only recommended what I needed and didn’t in courage in extra spending if it wasn’t needed. They were excellent service very quick with there work in and out left the rooms very clean after themselves. The owner is very hands on with his business he came in the morning before the work started made sure everything was ok any questions I needed answered etc then once the job was completed he came again to make sure everything was working properly and we were happy etc. Called a few weeks after this also to make sure everything was good. I absolutely recommend this company they were very efficient friendly and excellent service. I absolutely loved the personal touches they give as a company and the prices were also very good.
