Good products and prices
Good products and prices, delivered by helpful and efficient people.
Only problem was that two single beds were ordered to replace one double.
Having had the double removed, the first delivery included one single only.
No information regarding the second bed was forthcoming, although email requesting information was answered promptly promising answers, a week passed before my second email elicited answer that bed would be with carrier that week.
Carrier then delivered within two days.
Excellent products but communication poor.

Bed great - assembly instructions could be better!
Bed great but assembly instructions could be improved; didn't mention you have to have the mattress on an ottoman bed when fitting the pistons otherwise you can't push the bed down. Google told me this! Midas have said they will look at this. Delivery van broke down so bed not delivered between 6 & 9pm as agreed. Delivered at 11pm - no tracking details provided & didn't get a call until 9:30pm to say delivery would be delayed. The delivery guys were lovely & poor things had to drive all the way back to Birmingham from Penrith! Bet they were pleased I didn't pay for the bed to be put together! I love the bed & will be ordering another one.

Sprung divan base
Midas beds were an excellent company to supply &install new bed base.Have slept on it with existing Simba mattress & sleep is now wonderful.The two men took away my existing divan base which I can now see how rotten it had become.As an elderly person decisions are very difficult to make,but hopefully will get my next bed from Midas beds.I recommend them fully.

Excellent service and price. Quality looks really good but will update if needed as I haven't slept on it yet due to house moving. But first impressions are very positive on quality, presentation and finish. Customer service was great and always responded, delivery and assembly had to be rearranged twice with no problems. Awful quality
Nowhere near the “reinforced heavy-duty” quality advertised. Extremely lightweight, flimsy, with exposed staples all over the fabric which could easily catch or injure you when handling. The stitching is untidy, and the fabric lining on the base looks very cheap and poorly finished.
I have photos showing the issues but no option to upload here. Wish I could get at least a partial refund as this is not what was advertised at all - don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it. To make matters worse, there is no way to leave a product review on the website and customer support is inaccessible.
Overall, poor product quality, poor communication, and a very disappointing purchase.

Non delivery of headboard
Ordered a headboard on 8th June (3-7 days delivery) having heard nothing from them I emailed to ask when headboard would be delivered, only to get a reply that it has already been delivered- absolutely has not been delivered, have had no email even to say it was being delivered on such a date. How can a company say something as large as a headboard has been delivered, I’m sure I would have noticed if it had! Communication from Midas beds is dire and am waiting to hear back from them
