Definitely a scam! Ordered a jacket, made the payment and a day later the tracking number provided ceased to exist. I have no expectations to ever receive the jacket I ordered.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS…
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
It is a complete scam operation - along with many others placing ads on Facebook. Took weeks for the delivery to arrive and all I got was a stupid card saying " Best Wishes", instead of a pair of Barbour boots.
A £37.99 loss. Now the company have crawled back under the rock where they hide.
I also feel that TrustPilot is complicit in allowing these scam companies to use the TrustPilot image to post fake reviews as part of the scam.
Research Facebook ads thoroughly before placing orders, be very forensic.

This is a scam site
This is a scam site, no contact details, no store location and no customer contact, appears to be based in China.
MicroKSM - scam
Facebook most likely through their algorithims picked up the fact I was looking at cycling clothing particularly from the Italian brand Castelli which does good quality performance clothing
Anyway MicroKSM who had advertised themselves as Castelli Outlet Store ( with no address) on Facebook within Reels which kept popping up, seemed genuine with regards to options to order, size availability of garments, low stock so order fast etc
So on 05/08/25 and 06/08/25 I placed three orders total value £146+£125+£113
I got the usual order confirmation email sent but it wasn’t from Castelli outlet store , it was from MicroKSM with a contact email address ( trust pilot doesn’t allow email addresses to be submitted unfortunately )
That’s when I realised this is most likely a scam however waited in anticipation and hope that I would still get my order through .
Almost two weeks later I suddenly get emails regards all three orders from Royal Mail stating order from company called Baade based in China was awaiting customs clearance and on its way to my address.
Tracking number also provided
I had no idea who this company Baade was other than potentially MicroKSM due to the three separate orders I had placed via Facebook
At the end of August I received a tiny grey plastic bag with sender address of
Baade, JY no18 Tixi Road, Penjiang, District Jiangmen, Guangdon, G529000, China
Phone - 5613631200456
Inside the envelope similar to previous review was a small card saying - BEST WISHES
It was like insult to injury from a scam artist .
I went back to check my confirmation emails from MicroKSM and noted that they all now had the tiny windows which had images of clothing ordered alongside the individual garment price deleted with a question mark in each image window
Quite clearly a scam artist who has gone to great lengths in creating what appears to be a genuine sellers platform/site on Facebook with an option to pay via ApplePay (which I’m glad I did as payment details are encrypted to provide extra protection).
I have since reported this company MicroKSM to my bank as a ‘VISA dispute’ who are in the process of contacting the merchant bank as I’ve received no goods from payments made via Apple Pay
Also tried reporting MicroKSM to Facebook but kept getting redirected to their community standards page instead of the SCAM/Fraud Page , no other options to report this company as a scam with Facebook retuning back with their typical response of
‘ this doesn’t breach our community standards’
Facebook are awful when it comes to reporting scams as they give you very few options to report directly , hence the reason I’m now having to report MicroKSM via TRUST Pilot to help warn others of this scam
The company also offers sale of many other items having gone deeper and looked at their site , unfortunately I didn’t check TRUST Pilot prior to placing my orders via Castelli Outlet Store as it didn’t show up as MicroKSM , a lesson learnt for any future online purchases
