Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. In fact, there is no customer service. When you reach out with a concern, you get a ChatGPT response. I ordered something almost 5 months ago and it’s nowhere to be found. These people clearly are stealing money from American people. Lock them up. I've been scammed. I truly don't recommend this company.

Horrible customer service and scam

Horrible customer service. I made a pre-order back in April 2024 and they have never responded to my inquiries. I spent over $50 and have have received no merchandise and they refuse to answer any of my inquiries whether I use the chatbot or the customer service email. They probably won't respond to this either. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Love their shorts, hate their customer service

Love their shorts. However the customer service is worse than ever. Placed an order 3 weeks ago for two items that show in stock (and still do). Nothing has happened and no response when I try to ask what’s up. Items and shipping paid for. If I ever get them, it will be my last time. Too bad.

Terrible customer service

Shorts used to be great. Must have gone to cheaper materials. The shorts rip from the back corner. I have contacted them multiple times. They just ghost me. DO NOT BUY from them. Cheap clothing at a high cost with zero customer service!

Great products, if you receive them

Great products, if you receive them

I placed an order more than two months ago, and still have not received my products. To clarify, my order was for three items. I received one item, but not the other two items I was most interested in. The one received item was ordered to raise my total spend to receive a discount.

I occasionally emailed Woof and inquired about the status of the two remaining items. They would always say, those items are on back order and we are waiting to receive them from manufacturing. The problem is - when I placed the order, I did not anticipate that I would not have the merchandise in hand 60 days later.
At that point, I requested a refund and they did not address my request for a refund. So I went to my credit card issuer for a refund.

Deal with them at your own risk. They advertise that certain sizes and products are available, but the most desired products, sizes and colors are not in stock. So you risk experiencing long delays and never receiving the product, all while Woof holds your money.

Disappointing experience

Great products. Seriously! But customer support is truly awful. I thought because it was a gay brand I might expect some more loyalty to customers. I’ve bought a bunch over the years. Returned two pairs of the Free ‘Merida’s commando training shorts (two different sizes didn’t fit or were too revealing for my gym) and they never provided a refund. Then they changed their refund policy to a credit policy, and I never received a credit either. So basically they stole $130, and I’m also out return shipping costs. FedEx verified delivery of my return to their San Diego facility (before they moved) in August 2022. I reached out every couple of months through email and the website contact form with no response. I didn’t dispute the CC transactions because I didn’t want to screw over a gay-owned company for the other products I kept from the orders, but it turns out I’m the one that was unwilling bent over the barrel, and now it’s too late to dispute the transactions as well.

Don’t buy from this business if you expect any form of customer support or return assistance if you get the wrong size or bad product.

I used to love these shorts

I used to love these shorts, but this review is about the customer service. I don't think I'd buy from them anymore. I ordered 3 shorts this past order all size small. One of them was in Small packaging but was a medium. There is NO way on their site to contact them for customer service. I've e-mailed support with NO reply or response. I've tried to connect through IG. No reply. And there is NO way of contacting them directly through the website. Sorry, this might have been a great start up company. But they just dropped the ball.

Scammers

Scammers. Ordered twice. Each time products were mailed to an address that doesn’t exist. Zero customer support. No response to emails. Obviously a scam operation.

As a business owner

As a business owner, I’m kinda shocked that this guy is still in business!! Catty and rude for no reason. He blames his website’s f* *k ups on literally anything else … if you ever get a response at all. Can’t wait to spend my money anywhere but here! Judging by other reviews you’ll be lucky if you get what you order.

This is the worst customer service I’ve…

This is the worst customer service I’ve have seen in my 60+ year of life. I am sorry there is no such thing with this Business owner I hope he never receives another order
I own my own small business and I can not believe something like this come from any small business owner that truly cares about their customers
I will never order anything from you again

I don't like giving them one star..

I don't like giving them one star... should be 0 stars... Like everyone else on here, I placed an order early in November 2022, to this date I have not received anything, nor have I gotten a response to my dozens of support tickets I completed, the dozen of times I posted comments on their Facebook page... nothing, all you get is auto response saying it is a one man show. Update. I did get my money back through my bank a few days ago.

Agree with previous reviews

Agree with previous reviews. Absolutely no customer service. They do not respond to any contact. It's been three months since I placed my order (and they charged my card) and has been listed as "In Progress" during that time. No response from the company in my attempts to contact them.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Suffice it to say, my review is a carbon copy of all the other reviews. Order paid in Oct 2022, never shipped, charged, even emails stating shipment ready. Have attempted contact via 3 support tickets, 3 emails, Facebook and their posted phone number which is disconnected, all with no response. I finally disputed charge with PayPal and am awaiting outcome. Sad because I love their shorts, but will never buy from them again. One thing Jerry has got to learn is to take care of the people that put food on your table. Evidently he has no clue what good customer service is.

Missing order, no response

I made an order in October 2021 worth $215.28 with my credit card charged. The package was never shipped according to USPS. I followed up with several emails, two letters, including once with registered mail. There was no response at all.

After months of not receiving my order

After months of not receiving my order, unable to contact anyone at Woof, unanswered help tickets, no response on social media I finally disputed the charge with my bank. Hopefully it will prompt them to either send my products or refund my money.
