Were just helpful and did a good job . Cannot ask for more

The team at Michael Jones Ferring were helpful and supportive throughout the process of selling our Dad's bungalow, including good communication and empty-property checks which helped enormously.

The team in Ferring are excellent communicators and made moving a good experience keeping me updated, returning phone calls and giving me moral support when things seemed to be at a standstill, can’t praise them enough. The flowers when we picked up the keys was a lovely touch, thank you.

I was kept informed through the whole process of buying my new home, Angela and all the team were professional and polite, I would highly recommend their services if you are looking to move or sell.

The people I dealt with were very understanding and supportive. Both on the sales and lettings side, which is imperative for an organisation that has become very corporate and technical.

Angela and her team were fantastic right from the start, communication was spot on.

Highly professional throughout but also super personable and genuinely lovely people. Emma was wonderful and I honestly dont think we would have got there without her diplomacy and tenacity. We really enjoyed our chats and getting to know her through the process. Emma is a star and an absolute asset to the business! And Angela was always fully briefed and up to speed when Emma was off so it was seamless. And we are now the (very) proud new owners of our dream home!

All the team were professional, friendly and helpful. They kept me regularly updated, and so the process was positive.

My flat in Goring is now sold and completed, this company has been amazing, Angela and Emma from the Ferring branch have helped me through the entire process. I moved to Wales while the property was in their hands and everything was completed remotely, they arranged everything that was needed such as cleaners, electrical reports etc. They knew all the best trades in the area that sorted out the works and for great prices. Emma always kept in contact letting me know what's going on and is very friendly and helpful, which made it a very stress free experience.
