Chelsea has been a big help any issues I have had big or small she always helps even if it isn’t her department and I don’t realise she will always check with another department and let me know asap ,she’s the most helpful person I have spoke to from Charters and always re assures me if I am worried about anything ,it is good to know if I have any worries I can always email /speak to her ,Charters are lucky to have Chelsea

Ethan Watts is always very helpful whether it is by phone or email. Always very polite and it is never too much trouble for him to sort out.

I saw Simon Edser of Charters for an initial chat about selling my home - he was wonderful! Reassuring, calm and positive so I knew then that I would go with him, he sold Charters to me!
My brochure draft was put together by Danielle Stanbrook and again she was friendly, positive and knowledgeable. She took time to listen to my requests and the end brochure was marvelous.
This estate agency is made great by its wonderful staff!

Ruby was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful through the whole setting up process give a lot of advice and was extremely clear and communicative . as a group of young people who don’t have the greatest experience renting before I really appreciated the amount of care that she gave to our group. I feel she when above and beyond and I commend her for the work she has done .

I have been extremely impressed by Parris Lish who has been the manager of my rental property in Brighton. She is professional, conscientious, efficient and responsive, deaing with even small issues promptly.
Parris also has a very courteous manner and has been a great point of contact. It is a relative rarity to encounter someone who does their job with such exactitude

Very quick at arranging viewings and relaying information. I went from looking for a place to rent to moving in in just over a week.

Can't fault the staff at the estate agent office, but my son was very much encouraged to use charters recommended solicitors, when buying his first hone. Charters get a £150 kick back for this. They said this would greatly speed the transaction up as the vendor was using the same recommended solicitors. He felt a little under pressure so went with the solicitor.... Still took 3 months even though no chain. I have never seen such a terrible service from a solicitor.. ignoring emails, wrong advice, saying stuff hadn't been delivered when it had been sat in reception.. misinformation, charging for stuff that they didn't do...staff going away on holiday and the covering staff saying the opposite of what he had been told. If charters recommend a solicitor check their conveyancing reviews on trust pilot very carefully before you decide to use their recommendation. If you do go ahead and use them make sure you keep copies of all emails and send everything recorded delivery. Feels sorry for the Estate Agent as I think they were under pressure to sell this solicitor... But very poor

Had a recommendation from a lady that lived opposite the property I had to sell. I therefore only invited Charters to value the house. Polite and knowledgeable staff and a great sales progression team once an offer is accepted. I look forward to completing the sale next week having exchanged today.
