i loved the cosplays i got

I got the 2B swimsuit and I absolutely love it. The chart size was very accurate and the quality was really damn good, and it came extremely fast, usually when I see a picture that looks too good to be true I don't expect much but still miccostumes never seems to let me down. I hands down, with absolutely certainty suggest miccostumes with a passion. Love this shop, always will!

Updated review: I previously got a bathing suit that was messed up, someone from miccostumes talked with me and sent me a new bathing suit. The person I spoke with was both kind and quick with responses. I always appreciate people who take accountability and fix errors. I'll definitely be shopping here again!

The shipping was faster than it said it would be, the quality was better than the pictures even. though, for thicker/bigger girls i recommend the XL even if you’re not 5’10 due to thighs and bust. but even with that it is perfect. i love the way it looks and i can’t wait to finish my cosplay for the upcoming state comicon with my maid jax boyfriend :)

Shipping was extremely fast. I ordered my package on the 11th. It came on the 13th and it was exactly as described and it fits perfectly. I was a bit nervous ordering because I’ve never ordered from this site but i’m satisfied

Costumes are always as advertised! With minor issues that are easy to fix.
Wigs are hit or miss
I have never had an issue with delivery

Sizing is not as announced and you can't even get a refund or change cause the shipping price is almost the same as the costumes themselves. I now have a costume no one can fit in and no solution

I made my first order to miccostumes last week. Today my Goddess costume arrived it looks exactly like the picture online. The fabric quality is very good. The sewing is on point. The accessories are very much usable. It took a week to get my order and I could track it all the way to my doorstep, which is nice. I can’t wait to wear my new fit. Thank you. I will be a returning customer.

I paid a lot for my orders ang shipping but It was dissapointing that I got a dirty white instead of white, it looks old,
and the beads are not properly attached, most of it are moving and with sound, so annoying, it's not worth the price I paid for

and the app always crash or slow

Ordered a Lady costume, came on time, recieved everything but unfortunately the skirt is missing a belt buckle for the shoulder strap at the back. I was so bummed out by this.

Ordered one of the Shego suits! It shipped quickly and easily and came absolutely perfect. The stretch was great, quality materials and actually really good sewing too. Has lasted well too. They do great sales and combo deals for wigs that fit your costume. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a good costume with a tighter budget :)

I love how it fits, I was skeptical as a curvy girl because I been disappointed before, BUT OH MY GOSH I'M SO HAPPY WITH IT.

Once again, a terrible experience. Ive been a customer for 6 years and they still treat you like shit.

This however, was my final straw. I placed an order SEVEN MONTHS ago and not only did they NOT ship the items, but after SEVEN MONTHS they E-Mailed me to tell me that the item is NOW unavailable, despite other customers receiving the very same items months earlier.

You would think this would be an exception, right? A one time thing? Wrong. This has happened over 10 times already, and their customer support sends the same email, word for word, every single time. They dont even try to talk to you or apologize, they just copy and paste their same little text after endless months of silence.

Its a shame because I do like the costumes (if they arrive, and thats a big if) and I would love to buy more. However, thats simply not possible with the way they currently operate.

I’ve purchased several items for Miccostumes and can honestly say I’m impressed.
I was skeptical at first but I purchased the Iono Pokemon cosplay with matching wig and also the Gerudo Link costume.
I’ve just read some other reviews on Trustpilot and am confused by how they think the costumes are bad.
The Iono Pokemon cosplay with wig actually is of good quality. The jacket, top, legging and wig fitted well and the material wasn’t cheap at all. OK, I’m sure if you paid for an expensive bespoke fitting then the quality could be higher but what do you expect? I agree that the head attachments could be much better and I will be doing my own foam work to improve that side of things.
The Iono wig colours do match and there are plenty of strands to style.
The Gerudo link cosplay is of very good quality again and I was impressed with the vibrant colours and attachments it came with.

I will be buying from this site again. I believe some users may be just unfortunate with either realistic expectations or getting a lower quality costume get sent though.

OK. The website and mobile app user journey experience could be improved vastly as I sometimes got lost, slow loading screens or errors but I was very happy with my overall experience.

The ordering though, delivery service and packaging were great.

This is one of the worst cosplay sites I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered Iono from Pokemon, and the quality is worse than a spirit Halloween. The jacket is nice quality but everything else is awful. The top is for babies, the shorts are like 10 feet long, the shoe slips are unwearable, and the accessories are made of crappy foam and balloons for some reason??? The balloons are awful quality and don’t even work for the intended accessory. Don’t even get me started on the wig. It is genuinely the worst quality I’ve ever seen. Firstly it doesn’t even match her color pattern and is missing entire strands of color. It’s balding in the back which makes it impossible to style, and even after crimping and wig care it’s unable to do anything but tangle. Genuinely would rather get a wig off the side of the street and that’d work better. Never buying from here again after how disgusting this cosplay is.
