I have dealt with MGY several times and have always been extremely happy with their services. Thank you for being so professional.

If I could add another star I would. Selling my late mother's leasehold flat had become a nightmare and we were at our wits end and looking for a third Estate Agents when my sister found the MGY Barry Branch almost by accident. I could write a glowing report just about all the hoped for agents' services alone that they provided - eg: excellent marketing, maintaining consistent contact with us - reporting potential interest, feedback on every visit etc etc but that was just the assured background to the truly professional expertise that Vicci Shires provided. The real work was how she kept the process moving once we had an offer. We were unfortunate with our very tardy solicitors (a separate part of the nightmare) and Vicci knowledgeably, diligently and appropriately kept everything in motion from both ends (I’ve no doubt our buyer is as grateful as we are) keeping us fully informed about when we needed to intervene. In addition to which she was also consistently supportive and reassuring. I shudder to think how much longer the process would have taken without her! We are forever grateful!

We rented a house through MGY Radyr office and both, myself and my husband, were really impressed with Sian Spiteri. She was very friendly and professional, answered all our questions and guided us through the process. Sian is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We dealth with another lady on the day we signed the contract, who was really lovely also. Our experience dealing with the maintenance department (apart from the emergency number who were really good) wasn't as positive. Upon reporting a leak, I received a call back saying there was no leak when the landlord used to live in this house (?!) and that was the end of it. Luckily it was an easy fix as the leak was caused by mold overgrowth inside the pipe that my husband managed to sort out himself, but I was surprised by the lack of care as an unresolved leak would be damaging to the landlord's property.

Really happy and impressed by how professional, welcoming and helpful Dawn has been, always a prompt reply and does everything that she says she will without me needing to go out of my way.

Have never dealt with a more unprofessional crowd in my life. Oliver told me that the council tax payable on second homes was 1000%! He refused to tell me what amount had been offered on the flat I wanted to buy...but I was supposed to offer more. What possible reason could he have for keeping this a secret? Kirstie sent an email to both myself and the vendor that contained both our e-mail addresses. Then, in spite of asking to be kept informed if there were any further offers on the property I was interested in, they sold it. Therefore I never got the opportunity to offer a higher sum. My issue is this...if they don't give potential buyers the chance to bid against each other this could lead to corruption, ie, keeping the price artificially low for friends or family members.
Incidentally, when I complained to Oliver he, rather pathetically, blocked my e-mails.

Our agent Hannah has been first class from start to finish. Queries have been answered quickly and knowledgeably through the entire rental process. A really professional service that you can rely on.

MGY acted on the sale of commercial and residential units. They were able to attract a good range of interested buyers. Also, from the outset the communication with Cheryl, Mark and the team throughout the process was excellent. I found them diligent and professional to work with.

Sold my apartment in Cardiff Bay using MGY and everything ran very smoothly from start to finish . They are very professional and knowledgeable of the local market and come highly recommended. Commercial Property Sale:
MGY have sold a Restaurant / Property in Cardiff for me. The property was only on the market for less than two weeks and sold for the asking price, to which I was extremely happy! I has been a very long process in getting the sale completed as it was being bought by a newly set-up SIPP pensions scheme. A huge shout out to Cheryl Vale who has been excellent to work with, demonstrating great communications skills and tenacity, by liaising with all parties to bring the sale to a smooth and successful conclusion.

Lee & Vicci are fabulous. Definately use MGY Barry to find your tenants. What I loved is they keep you informed every step of the way and they don't just put the first tenant in that applies, they find someone suitable which is so important to avoid future trouble. Super friendly and professional. They are the best.

I'd had a few troublesome tenants in the past which persuaded me to find a local agent to carry out all the necessary vetting and checking.

I'm so glad I trusted their recommendation. I instructed Priory to find tenants for my 2 properties. They began the search immediately.

Although the sale has been full of hurdles, Vicci has kept me updated at all times. They are a great team and being local it is easy to pop in at any time.
