My dealings with all the staff at my credit union is epic. Staff are so professional in all they do. From the first phone call, emails, counter staff and personal attention given to me. I so appreciate them. My credit union has had my back for lots of reasons. Through austerity years when it was so tough for everyone. If I could have a current account I’d move all my dealings to them. 5 star service

Looking for foreign exchange
I recently joined Credit Union wanting foreign exchange as my own bank no longer does this. I found the transaction painless, friendly and easy. I have since joined and am gradually using more & more services. I have great faith in our local branch and find it so much more personal than dealing with a bank far away.
