Meyloralashes 

These magnetic lashes are IMPOSSIBLE to apply. I tried for over an hour when they first arrived and could not get them on right, the tutorials make it look so easy when it isn't at all. You can't request a refund online, you have to email their support team which I did over a week ago and have heard nothing back. I ordered two sets which cost me almost £30 which is much more than I spend on my current lashes, and this is now money down the drain because I can't use them or get in touch with anyone to return them for a refund.

It's a two way scam. Meylora charges you for the lashes, and alleges to ship through Cainao. When the package doesn't arrive, they will tell you that they are not responsible for reimbursing you as it is now the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier will provide you with a link to review a picture of the package being delivered however, the image where the package is left (most likely AI generated), will not be the address to where you live / or where it should be delivered. They scammed me out of $51.93

This is a scam. I made a one-time purchase, but the company has continued charging my credit card without my consent. I never subscribed to any service or created an account.

I tried multiple times to contact their support — they sent me a link to manage my “account and subscription,” but the link didn’t work because I never created an account in the first place.

Despite requesting a refund several times, I never received any response. In the end, I had to report the charges as fraud to my bank and request a new credit card to stop the unauthorized payments.

These lashes are JUNK and do not work. They do not abide by their return policy and have ignored my requests for returns and cancellations. I’ve had to change my CC# and file disputes with my card because of them. DO NOT buy!

The company is impossible to reach, also it took a long time to receive my purchase !!
The magnetic eye lashes are SO SO hard to put on I've tried and tried with no success I'm very disappointed with this product don't waste your money from this company!!

They look so natural!. I’d say they’re perfect for everyday wear or special occasions. Only complaint was the leaving curve but customer service was also great when I had a small questions about it.

Normally, I hate the false lashes, but these be to easy. they go on in seconds and instantly lift my look.

I am 42 and I have tried plenty of lash brands. These are by far the easiest to use. They click on quickly and stay put all day. Will definitely be ordering more...

This company is a complete scam!! Aside from the lashes being absolute garbage they have attempted to charge my credit card not once but several times!! The lashes are so cheap I threw them in the garbage the day I received them. I didn't bother to ask for a refund because I immediately new the company is a complete scam!!

They will take your money and then “forget to ship” or “lose your order” then they’ll erase your account the only way I can get my money back is reporting fraudulent activity!

Terrible. Does not work as advertised. Very unsatisfied. Was unable to get ahold of any customer service rep who could help with a refund. Order #MLL162652. Honestly wouldn’t have posted a bad review is someone could’ve helped with a refund. Save yourself the money and DO NOT PURCHASE.

If I could give this minus 10 stars I would. Poor quality product and even worse customer service.
Pretty sure this is a scam. I am going to open a fraud dispute with my bank. Meylora advised they would refund but I am yet to see a refund. I recommend this company is reported en mass to the financial ombudsmen and trading standards.

The lashes don’t work and they don’t honour the 30 day risk free trial!
I have been battling with them for the past 6 weeks or so to get my money back. They told me I couldn’t get my money back but offered me a 50% refund which I was told would be in my account by 7th September.
It’s been over a month and lots of emails back and forward to them and all the response I get is they will look into it.
I did say I would write this review on Trustpilot and email Trading standards if I didn’t get my refund so that’s what I have done.
They are falsely advertising a money back guarantee. They make application look a breeze but the lashes don’t stick together on the eyelash. AVOID and DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I placed an order on 3rd September 25 that never arrived.
Customer support did respond, but only said it was a delivery company issue and offered a replacement promised arrived within 3 days. After more than 10 days still no delivery and no more response from Meylora.

What’s worse, the subscription setup is unclear and feels hidden during checkout. Interestingly, the delivery issues began right after I cancelled the subscription.

After weeks of waiting, I finally had to request a refund through my bank. Very disappointing overall — poor transparency and no responsibility taken.

This is a real scam. Please save yourself from this. They tricked me into subscription. I even didn’t manage to put these lashes on, as it’s terribly difficult. After they took two payments I was shocked to see that they have tricked me to subscription. Tried to contact, all bots. I cancelled subscription, received email as proof of cancellation. Despite cancelling, they again took 27 GBP from my account. It’s worrying , will seek help from authorities. I have emailed , haven’t received any response yet.
