I bought The Eirwen High Neck Trench Coat Skirt Set size M (I am actually size S but sized up just to be sure) it arrived and was more like a size XS.
They told me to return it, and upon return they would send me a new set size L.
It took a month for them to confirm arrival, then they claimed the set was now sold out!
I checked their website - lo and behold it is still there.
I don't understand what is going on but beware!

If I could leave a zero review I would as they don't even deserve a one star review! I placed an order on 08 May 2026 and never received an email to confirm that the order has been shipped! I sent an email two days ago only to receive a response that the items are out of stock apparently meanwhile they are still advertising the same item that is out of stock as being in stock to date. I then said that I am travelling and I need the dress before I travel, Can you believe the audacity this fake company has? They are asking me to pay $45 for expediting shipping for something that is not my fault! they have taken the equivalent of £194 and to date 20 May I have not received any item. Please avoid them at any costs. This company is clearly a SCAM they are advertising products they don't have.

I can honestly say that I'm obsessed with Mew Mews Fashion. I recieved a dress that I fell in love with. It fit perfectly and I didn't want to take it off at the end of the night.

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I ordered dresses for an event and ended up spending weeks chasing basic information on items I had already paid for. I was told a dress was completed, in stock, and could be dispatched within 24 hours — yet after repeated emails, I still could not get a direct answer as to whether it had actually shipped.

I have had to ask the same question over and over while receiving responses about entirely different orders instead of the item in question.

Because of the delays and lack of clear communication, I had to purchase additional replacement dresses to avoid being left with nothing for my event.
The issue isn’t only shipping delays.

The issue is:
-poor inventory transparency
-unclear made-to-order timelines
-repeatedly failing to answer straightforward customer questions
-customers spending unreasonable time chasing -information they should not have to chase

If an item is not readily available or requires extended production time, state that clearly before purchase.

Customers should not have to become their own customer service department after paying.

Beautiful dresses are irrelevant if the buying experience becomes this exhausting.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MEW MEW!!! This has honestly been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Every order arrives extremely late, often over a month behind schedule, with the explanation always being that the clothing is “custom made.” In reality, the items feel cheap and mass-produced, no different than fast-fashion sites like Shein, despite being marketed and priced as premium products and told that each piece is custom made which clearly is a lie.

I spent $300 on a dress expecting quality craftsmanship based on the photos shown online. There were conveniently no close-up images of the actual detailing, and when the dress arrived, it was incredibly disappointing. The fabric was cheap mesh with jewels poorly glued onto it. The embellishments literally fell off every time the dress was touched. After almost 2 weeks of back-and-forth customer service told me they would issue anAfter almost 2 weeks of back-and-forth customer service told me they would issue a full refund if I could prove that the jewels had fallen off and if I took pictures and circled the areas after doing such, customer service’s solution was to tell me to glue them back on myself.

What makes the experience even worse is the return policy. They do not allow actual refunds, only store credit or exchanges, which traps customers in an endless cycle of being forced to purchase from a company they no longer trust. After such a disappointing experience, why would anyone want store credit?

Customer service is equally frustrating. Because of the time difference, every response takes roughly 24 hours, and each time someone replies, it’s a different representative who seems to have no understanding of the previous conversation. You constantly have to restart the issue from the beginning, making the process exhausting and incredibly unprofessional.

I also question the authenticity of many of the positive reviews and influencer promotions surrounding this brand. The products I received did not remotely reflect the luxury image being promoted online. On top of that, many of these exact same styles can be found elsewhere, including sites like Bella Barnett, for significantly less money, making the markup feel incredibly misleading.

At this point, I feel completely misled by the quality, policies, and overall experience. I will never shop from this store again, and I genuinely feel like my money was taken for a product that did not remotely match the expectations created online. Feels like being Robbed! Entire experience feels deceptive and designed to trap customers into losing money rather than standing behind the quality of their products.

first time, they sent a torn dress, would not give me a refund and kept saying please take a credit. I paid additonal money on top of that credit and the second one was never delivered. the audacity to send me a link for review to see if I liked the item (that was never delivere)

My dress arrived quickly, fit like a glove, was great quality, and got tons of compliments!!! There are so many fun designs available to order - so happy I discovered this website!

Please for the love of god do not waste your time or money on this store. I wrote reviews on the items i received only to refresh the page and see them vanished. it is not anywhere near the atmosphere of quality for the money you will spend. It is so obvious the positive reviews on the site are left by paid influencers. I ordered a swimsuit and the bottoms have NO STRETCH, goodluck if you have any amount of fat on your thighs ( size XS btw ). As for the dresses i received, there are the one sheer panel of fabric you would buy off Temu. This brand should be publicly prosecuted for the way they claim "sustainability" and "quality materials" HA! its aliexpress girl. I opened the bags and was instantly hit with putrid factory fumes. God Bless the child laborer that lost a finger for this garbage.

Not only was the dress beautiful and so well made but I’ve also had a great customer service experience too!

The dress arrived a little too small so I requested to exchange it for a larger size. The response was rapid, friendly and efficient!

I’m a very happy customer and I’ll be ordering more dresses for future events!!!

The dress itself is incredibly high-quality, beautifully made, and so eye-catching. On the very first day I wore it, several people complimented me and asked which brand it was.

I highly recommend ordering from Mew Mew — both the product and the service were genuinely outstanding.

The price doesn't match the quality. They don't give you the details about the material of the items. I received a 100% Polyester dress. I paid $100 plus shipping and handling. It took over a month to arrive. I could've gotten the same dress on AliExpress for $15. Highly disappointed. Cute dresses but poor quality. Very deceiving.

Do not order from here.

They never send the dresses, you have to write to them to inquire about your order and then they go on a long explanation about delays and preorders even though the item showed available stock upon purchase.

Then when requesting to cancel an order, they charge a 5% processing fee even though the dresses were apparently not in stock in the first place.

Stay away.

I ordered two dresses that I paid $500 for and they arrived made with the cheep material so I emailed them to return the CHEEP Dresses !They waited till there 7 day return policy and then reached out with Hi Love Im sorry but its to late to return. I called my bank and they told me to return and I paid more money and to send back . How ever I called the bank back and they said I needed the mailing receipt and I lost it . MEWS GOT THERE DRESSES AND STOLE MY MONEY !

Great experience! The quality of the clothing is really good and definitely worth it. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but it wasn’t a big issue. The support team is very friendly and always ready to help with any questions or problems. Overall, very satisfied!
