Being a first time buyer, I was nervous, stressed and didn't know what to expect. I was appointed Ben Tweed as my advisor and wow, what can I say! He instantly lifted a load of stress from off my shoulders, explained everything thoroughly and was always able to answer questions when they arose. The emails were followed by a phone call and he was just a generally lovely person to talk too.

Great experience when it came to managing our application for shared ownership. Robert was really friendly and went out of his way to help us and keep us up to date throughout the process. Explained things really well. Everyone I spoke to in the company when I called were polite and efficient.

Metro have been great, regular communication, explain things clearly and bettered an existing offer I had. I predominantly dealt with Nicol Gaskell, she's a great asset to their team, I never needed to chase for anything and when I did have questions she was very clear and concise. Highly recommend.

The reason being he took early ownership of application with guidance from the very start on how to progress. His customer service was brilliant.
