I'm very disappointed! Dissatisfied Customer!

I'm very disappointed with this company. The price was right, and the ring was nice, but it didn't fit well, so I asked for a refund, and it's been a nightmare. You can't call them, only email them. All they said once was that they were inundated with Christmas returns, and they will process it shortly. It's been over 2 weeks. I would stay away from dealing with them.

Will just take your money…

Will take your money and give you no product. Also handed off goods to Canada Post WHILE they were striking. Have now attempted to get a refund and they haven’t answered any of my emails.

this was ridiculous

I had a terrible experience! I ordered three things. I asked them if they could refund two of the things I ordered and they said yes and they did that properly, but instead of just refunding two they refunded all of them. For the one I said I wanted to keep, they did not notify me that I refund it and did not give me my money back. they made up an excuse saying I told them that I wanted to refund that package and asked me to double check my emails and I did and I said no such thing so I emailed them back and saying I have not gotten a refund for that package you’re saying I asked to refund on and I double checked the email and I never got a notification that I refund my package nor did I say to refund all of my packages. and can you believe what happened next they didn’t email me back and I still have not gotten my refund and it’s been about a month. ridiculous really!
