I ordered necklace from them 6 october and still have not received anything. And there is no reply to any of my emails asking about my order
Do not order from them! I ordered a bracelet for Father’s Day and the customer service was extremely poor. However, worse than that, the engravings that I paid extra for rubbed off within 1 day (as they are just printed on not engraved). I have emailed for a refund. I am not holding my breath as the customer service to this date has been so poor so will be contacting my credit card company to pursue a claim.
