The customer service from Mertra is top notch. This is how a company should be operating. They don’t play around and ensure that their customers are happy and want to come back, and i certainly do. I had a problem with double purchasing and they were able to amend the issue and give me a refund within hours.

Accidentally ordered wrong thing, was very helpful in changing it.

They were very informative and quick to help. Throughout the experience they let me know any updates and in the end offered a replacement or refund, i took the replacement and it was sent immediately.

More than helpful and went above and beyond to help me.

I had a shipment which was clearly lost by the auspost. I was worried I was never gonna get my order but luckily I email Mertramerta customer support where they were able to find out by auspost that the shipment was lost and send me out a replacement on the same day with a bonus 10%. As I understand it’s not the companies fault for the shipment I appreciate the help they have given and love the constant reminder that they were helping. Special thanks to Tom in customer service

MERTRA MERTRA should be a worldwide brand for their style and price.
They have a unique design and it’s illegal to find that there are present just in AUSTRALIA

Purchased some items from Mertra’s most recent drop. Everything was packaged with care and took no time at all to arrive. Mertra were very generous to also include free stickers and a keychain with all orders in this drop, something you won’t find with other brands. I’m in awe of the quality and style of the clothes. It’s really nice to see a brand that has taken the time to perfect their craft. Best of all, after reaching out to their customer service team, I was treated with the upmost care and consideration by Tom. There is truly a great bunch of people behind this machine. If you aren’t wearing Mertra Mertra I have to say you’re missing out on something special.

After a restock, I know these guys where slammed. I put through a request to get some items shipped so I could wear them to a gig, they helped out straight away.

The staff with getting back to you after sending a email especially (Tom) is 10/10. They sit with you and try to resolve it themselves or with your help. I’m not getting a massive corporate email that seems like I’m talking to just any other company, it is one on one conversations to get an outcome. 10/10 I recommend mertra to everyone, the clothing and accessories they stock in are just so unique and diffrent and such a good brand to support with how they help you if there is any issues and always keeping you updated on there social media 10/10
