Great Products social media wise, but I ordered for 400€ on Nov 29 and got a shipping link that doesnt update one week after. Texted the support and got told that I´ll get a refund or a new shipment if it doesnt arive 24+ days after shipping. Kind of sad cuz I ordered a puffer and Ill get my money back once Winter is almost over..
Also, they promised us Europeans to have a Warehouse for us in the UK so fulfilment goes faster and taxes are lower, but thats also not the case since my tracking is from Australian post.
Sad but can´t change it. Will ask for a refund once the 24 days are over.

I ordered a puffer on November 29th, today is the 15th and I have no tracking updates. Basically I should have received it in a week but with Black Friday it has been extended. I hope to receive it before Christmas otherwise I will ask for a refund

I have ordered ash black ninja fleece, and since the 9th of December, my package has gotten no updates, and I tried to contact you through email but got no answers, and then I contacted FedEx support, and they have told me that BOTH of the tracking numbers you have sent me are not REAL... I am waiting for an explanation or a refund! edit: I found it at a post office in my area so the cargo guy decided not to deliver it and didnt notify me in any way as well thats crazy

Mertra goes above and beyond consistently with each order I place. I made an order hoping for it to arrive before an overseas trip. Somehow, despite the rush of black friday sales my order arrived in time. Cheers to Tom from Mertra customer service for liaising with me about this and kindly explaining the shipping process.

Regarding the exceptional quality of the garments - comfortable, well weighted, and beautiful. 10/10.

My son ordered the wrong size and he was very upset as it was going to be a Christmas present. Tom in customer service was awesome because he sorted it and sent out the perfect size once I had returned it .

I have tried to get in touch with them via email and have not had any response. I ordered something for my son and little did I know he had already ordered it for himself!! I wanted a refund on this product and still not heard anything. Which email is everyone using as everyone seems to be very positive about them so maybe I am using the wrong one!!!

Had a question for customer service who dealt with my query immediately. Love the tracksuit, excellent quality. Incredible speed of delivery (24 hours from pressing buy, to delivery at my front door!).

Not only is the puffer bare nice but also the customer support. I had a problem with the size I ordered on it, but my guy, Tom, from the customer support handled that for me real quick.

Made a request to change the size of the item and not even within an hour - had they not only gotten back to me but also amended my order. Insane customer service and insane products can’t wait for it to arrive!
