Amazing service

Shocking service!

Shocking service! Ordered on 29/9 and still waiting for my goods 😡
The only response via email is ‘I’ll look into it and get back to you’…. And they obviously don’t. Can’t get a refund either and have had to go through my bank. Really disappointed…. Be careful if ordering

HORRIFIC!!!

I would rate this company 0 stars if I could. My order was 15th September and I have not received anything; to top it off the customer service has been appalling. I have had to follow up on emails multiple times, and to receive short responses such as ‘we are checking wait’ is shocking!! I’d save your money and order from a reputable brand if you are considering this company, as I wish I had. £154 down, not to mention the legal fees I am also doing to have to spend due to their incompetence and scamming nature.

I ordered the mertra water reactive jacket and when it finally arrived it looked nothing like the one in the photos no verlcro on the wrist and you couldnt even get a arm through one of the arms holes because it was blocked off dont buy from here

I payed for and ordered a hoodie on the…

I payed for and ordered a hoodie on the 11/9/25. I received no confirmation of order or tracking. Customer service hasn’t replied to my emails and I have no idea what is happening. This is a present for my son’s birthday so we are obviously quite distraught about our experience so far.

Please help asap

I am a long time very loyal customer…

I am a long time very loyal customer trying to resolve a missing item. I cannot get any customer service at all. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for 6 weeks. The support email is not supporting my enquiries, the contact email bounced back. Whatsapp didnt work. Insta IM - no response. I am desperate for some meaningful, genuine support from Mertra so have resorted to providing this review. Mertra if you read this please respond to my Instagram IM so we can resolve the missing item issue. PLEASE. Thank you

not trustfull

I have still not received my goods after more than a month. It said 5-7 days.
I have tried several ways to contact them, but still have not received a message.
The email given on the website is a spam email so the messages are not arriving and the Whatsapp phone number is not registered with Whatsapp.
