Poor customer service

I purchased a tshirt 6 January. After 2 weeks I still hadn’t received it so I emailed Mertia and sent a DM via Instagram - no response from them. After 3 weeks I publicly messaged Mertia on their Instagram which they replied to. The owner Connor apologised and said he’d send out the tshirt asap as well as a gift from the latest collection. I received the long sleeve version of the tshirt instead as apparently the tshirt had sold out (it’s still on their website as available) and did not receive any gift. I wish I had seen these other reviews first before making my purchase. Because of their shockingly poor customer service and business etiquette I do not recommend this business. Buyer beware

Giveaway Fail

I won a giveaway for a pair of shorts in about October 2025, they said they would send them many times, but ultimately nothing arrived. The communication was horrible until the point where they sold out of the initial product I had won. To compensate, they said I could choose any product on their website under $100, and which I did, and yet again they said they would ship but did not. This repeated itself a few times with many different products, all resulting in a failure of me receiving what I had been promised. Now still months later, no package and no more responses. Ultimately about a few weeks ago I confronted them and eventually unfollowed them because I lost trust with their business due to their lack of following their publicly posted words and promises, as well as lack of proper communication. Upon this and my confrontation of them they turned and said I am now no longer applicable for the giveaway as one clause said I had to be following. At this point I could not care less as they didn't hold up their part for months which I think very much justifies my unfollowing, I am not asking for any compensation from them I just wish to verbalise my disappointment in this brand and highlight their terrible customer service.

Wrong item sent, no communication.

Tried to buy my son some jorts, They arrived late and they sent the wrong item. I emailed to ask to rectify and they didn't reply. At which point I just gave up as it was too much hassle for $50. Disappointing.
