I've struggled with sleep issues for a while. I was constantly shifting trying to find the right position for my head, and waking up with neck pain every morning. The Kozi Pillow genuinely changed that for me. I finally found the right loft and firmness for my neck, and I've been falling asleep faster and waking up without the usual stiffness. On top of that, the customer service team was excellent, responsive and actually helpful. Really happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone dealing with similar issues.

Recently bought this pillow after having some sleep issues and it was recommended to me by a friend. It’s really soft, adjusted easily to my neck, and easy to wash. I’ve also had significantly less neck pain since starting to use it and I’m excited to keep using it going forward!

I have tried many pillows recently due to neck and back pain and nothing has helped. I have been using the Kozi pillow for a few days now and my pain has greatly decreased. It doesn’t take me long to fall asleep and I sleep through the night. My pain has greatly decreased. The pillow is very comfortable and easily adjustable. I highly recommend the Kozi pillow!

I’ve been using the Kozi Sleep pillow for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how much it has improved my nights. The support it gives my spine is incredible, it completely removed my neck pain within just a few days. I used to wake up stiff and sore, but now I get out of bed feeling relaxed and aligned.

The pillow feels well-made, and the comfort level is exactly what I’d been hoping for: firm enough to hold proper posture, yet soft enough to feel cozy. As a side sleeper, finding the right height and support has always been a struggle, but this pillow finally hits the sweet spot.

It took a couple of days time to adjust. However, after adjusting it to the right firmness for me it reduced my neck pain a lot. I'm finally sleeping well again. My delivery took a couple of days. The customer care team was very helpful when checking in around the delivery.

Didnt think a pullow could make such a difference. The adjustable fill ended uo being a standout feature. I opened it, took out a little, and it felt like it was made just for me. Its comfortable, sypportive and actually holds its shape throughout the night.

I accidentally shipped my order to the wrong address and upon discovering this they immediately shipped me a new order to my corrected address! Great support!
