Mersey Rod, were prompt and efficient, calling the same day- response to my email, within 2 hours on a Saturday.
Solved our blocked kitchen waste drain - took just under the hour. I had tried various methods without success. They also used a camera and explained their findings and sent a written report the next day (Sunday). Whilst it was flat £228 fee, I would use them again. If same issue arises within 2 weeks they will come back out at no charge

We needed a survey and report on a prospective house purchase where old records suggested built over sewer. Extensive utilities research didn’t provide accurate records of permissions or adaptations. MRod was friendly, timely, technically excellent and provided full report. Shows diversion of sewer around the building. Allows purchase to proceed, with confidence. Thanks to the office and site teams.

Downstairs toilet was backing up ... it was absolutely revolting. Dave from MerseyRod sorted it out very quickly then performed a video inspection of the drain. Money well spent

It was expensive for the time it took to resolve, no camera was needed very quick jet wash, the guy wasn’t here more than half an hour over £200 .

Came out promptly and efficiently cleared one drain but didn’t really look at the other. Stayed 35 minutes. For £230 we thought he could have spent longer trying to open and assess the second drain.

I called Mersey Rod out at 9am and they gave me an estimated time of 2pm, which he did arrive on time. A guy called Andy was absolutely brilliant, cleared all the drains and sent camera down to show me that the drain pipe was clear of any debris. I was quoted on the phone and was charged the same when he finished.

I used Mersey Rod for the first time, I have to say it was an excellent service. They came out the same day and I had a report emailed to me the next working day. Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend and I personally would use again.

Super quick. Called and quoted flat price. Not the cheapest, but you know exactly what you are getting for the price.

Plumber came round within 2 hours. And within 15 minutes clogged manhole cleared.
