Best customer service experience since I can remember

Kaylie with customer service made my day! I am leaving the country soon on short notice and wanted a specific hoodie to arrive before I left. Within 20 minutes of writing my first email to customer service asking for help, she pulled the order and emailed me the tracking number. Her professionalism made it a pleasure doing business with her and MerchNow. Amazing customer service!

Great Customer Service

I order a lot of stuff from bands, which almost always go through MerchNow. I've only had to reach out twice, but both times I received great customer service.

This last interaction with Brooklyn was incredibly helpful. They always seem super happy to help out.

Very reassuring team

My order had to ship internationally and because of the pandemic and the current USPS *issues* it was taking a while to arrive. I emailed the team just to check that everything was and they reassured me that everything was on its way - and today it arrived in perfect condition!

Great customer service

Order of assorted shirts was shipped quickly but there was a manufacturing problem with 2 of them. I emailed them and they promptly responded and sent replacements 2 day air that day! The replacements were perfect.

Orders Always Cancelled | Wrong Inventory | Bad Service

This band merch store is extremely hit or miss. Their inventory levels are 100% wrong, about 1/2 of my orders placed have either been cancelled or altered without permission. They are extremely show to ship, and there's zero quality control. Customer service is next to non-existent. Even with COVID if you can take peoples money you can respond to emails. To get a faster response tell them you're going to contest the charge with your CC. Things are packaged poorly and in a rush, which is ironic b/c it takes days to ship out....if its not cancelled first. I've also heard rumors they don't always pay the bands and they change the prices without their consent. STAY AWAY!

My kid wanted a large T-shirt but…

My kid wanted a large T-shirt but ordered a small by accident. After a very pleasant phone call to customer service, we learned of OUR mistake. They were very nice in explaining how to proceed with returning the T. They couldn’t have been better!

I got a defective record from merch now. When I contacted customer service, Brooklyn immediately sent me out a brand new one and let me keep my old one. Their customer service was quick to respond and they solved the issue correctly.

Items were as described. With all of the COVID-19 craziness, I was a little bit concerned that it would take a long time for the order to arrive. I received it in a timely fashion. Order was placed on my phone with no issues. Customer support was helpful and responsive.

Great support! Fast correction on minor error.

I received the wrong CD version in a larger order of many. The disc was supposed to be a reissue with added tracks, but I mistakenly got the original copy. Easy mistake, so I contacted support to see if they could send a download link for the missing songs. Instead they insisted on sending out the correct reissue copy at no charge. Needless to say I was surprised and happy with my choice to reach out. MerchNow's professionalism and quick response has definitely reassured me to continue on as a returning customer.
