Marny hooked it up on an address change on a pre order for me. Quick, polite and got it done asap. Great customer service.

A book I ordered from MerchNow arrived quickly, but there was a serious problem with the printing -- it was missing many pages and the cover was on backwards! I emailed them on Sunday, heard back on Monday, and a new copy was shipped on Tuesday. You can't beat that kind of customer service. And the emails, sent by Marney, were friendly and suitably apologetic. A great experience all around!

This was my first time ordering and what a great experience, quick shipping, great updates and quick delivery... I will definitely order again from the merchant, wonderful experience

Nothing special about the customer service which was very polite, but I have spent probably more than 1000$ on records/merch with MerchNow via me and my wife

This is the 1st time leaving a negative review for them, I placed an order on Saturday or Sunday, reached out via email on monday to see if I can add more records to my order and get the black friday sale that I missed out on by 1 day and was told it already shipped on Tuesday, the order got fulfilled 3 hours before my email got handled. It's just disappointing to not get anything after missing a sale by hours, and then get no support after that and just a sorry. I run a company in Arizona and couldn't imagine having someone order and miss a sale by 1 non working day and not remediate it with a future discount code or just go grab the order and re-fulfill it.

Ofcourse all companies work differently but I wish something would have happened instead of "sorry".

Still going to order through them since its a one time thing, just sucks to feel screwed out of a cyber week sale.

The order was shipped and delivered with perfect timing! Great quality product. Just as advertised! Made my Son so happy on his birthday!! Thank you for great product and service! I would order again and again from Merchnow!!

I sent them an email asking if they could speed up the delivery process before I left the city, they answered right away, sending my package the day after. I received it in 5 days, amazing!

I had an issue with an LP getting lost by USPS. Marney helped me get everything figured out. Even though I didn’t get my limited edition LP, I was pointed in all the right directions to get a full refund.

I've purchase a few Taylor Acorn shirts on multiple occasions. I'm all the way in Australia and I've been blow away every time at just how quickly my items are delivered. We're talking a week tops. I've order things IN Australia that have taken longer. Quality products with quality service.

I love this company, they design the shirts well and always ship and deliver it to my house within the first week of me being ordering. Their support service is really quick and helpful, they always are willing to assist you in anyway. I’ve had a problem with my merch because I put in the wrong address and I emailed them and they fixed within 5 minutes, they are amazing.

Was able to find what I was looking for on Merchnows website and order the CDs that I needed. Within minutes, placing my order, I received a notification that my order was being filled and received my CDs today. Incredible service keep up the good work.

I had messed up the email connected to the order and I messaged customer service about it and I got in touch with this very nice and understanding guy, Marney. He helped me figure out, that was in fact the problem and updated it for me. He was so nice and understanding. 10/10
