So lovely to be treated so well by a private business
Karim at Merchant’s Jewellers was very helpful when I had brought a Bering bracelet and found it was just too big on my wrist and my refund was sorted out with no problems.

Great customer service. Strap was well packaged and arrived quickly. When there was a small issue they refunded the postage, more than fair. Great communication throughout.

Fantastic and generous service from family run business
Recently received fantastic service from Karim over a couple of months when buying two rings and a watch. I initially went in to enquire about rings in early March and Karim kindly showed me what they had and went through a lot of considerations, he added me to his what’s app service and I was able to book an appointment for my husband and I to attend the shop. In April we attended our meeting and it was a great appointment. Karim sat with us and shared his knowledge of each product and gave us a lot of his time helping us choose two rings that was exactly what we wanted for an eternity ring and a replacement wedding ring. Karim also advised on watch ranges for my husband and being able to sit and try on various styles was incredibly helpful. A month later we collected our rings and I tried mine on against my current rings and the difference in shine meant they needed a good clean. Karim mentioned he was about to take some items for cleaning he could take mine too, 2 days later they were back. I was incredibly impressed with the look and feel of them but also how quick the service was.
Overall nothing was too much for Karim and he was generous with his time and explained everything we wanted to know. I have since recommended this jewellers to friends and will continue to do so.
