Worse company ever
Worse company ever. Sent wrong item, said I could pay $50 shipping to return to Australia, then get refund. Losing money. Shameful company.
SHOCKING SERVICE - NO WAY OF OBTAINING NORMAL RETURN
I purchased a pair of shoes from Mercer Rowe. The did not fit. They were the correct number size but I could not get my broad feet into them.
They insisted I send photos of the shoes and the package label which included the PO Box in Victoria of the sender.
I dispatched them to that address and emailed them.
Then I recieved an email saying I needed to get them back and send them to China. [difficult as I no longer have the shoes] Also I checked and the china postage would about 40 dollars. They of course no this and you are offered a 20% refund.
The business model is, If there is problem , make a refund economically impossible forcing the customer to take 20%. I have lodged a consumer complaint. I notice that numerous similar have been lodged in the past month.

Awful awful dreadful business whose products in no way match their advertising and then provides an impossible return policy via China
I STRONGLY recommend that everyone avoids buying anything from Rowe and Mercer
Awful...!
No returns on incorrectly sent item
Ordered a pair of boots. Was sent a wrong size. They wouldn’t accept return or exchange. Quality is also poor. Would not recommend.

HORRID DROPSHIP CHINESE PRETENDING TO BE AUSTRALIAN
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!
Sent me the wrong items.
Then they Refused replacement or refund, unless I returned it at my expense to Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
I only bought the items as their
shop front shows NSW, Australia.
Yet items shipped from China, and they 'MAY' issue refund once item is returned.
Very poor quality.
Deceptive business practices.
I have eported their business practices.

Customer service doesn't exist
I have been trying to contact their team via mail, phone, whatsapp and through directly with their team members to get tax free forms.
No one has responded. Their customer services seems non-existent. Is this professional?
Terrible and unhelpful customer service
I bought a Pineapple Re-Run 2.0 size 43 for £91. When I tried it on, it was a bit small and I needed a size 44. I contacted the customer service to exchange, and Cassidi told me that exchange is not possible I should return the one I have and buy a new one. I checked the price, it has gone up to £185. I told Cassidi this, and she told me they don’t offer exchanges and I should just pay the difference. It’s unreasonable to tell a customer that they should pay 2x the price just to find out their true size and there is no way of knowing your true size since Mercer doesn’t have a store in the UK. I just wanted to get the correct size of the pair THAT I ALREADY HAD AND PAID FOR but I was told to pay double the price. I just returned my pair and did not buy the correct size.
This could have been solved so easily but because of the disregard and unwillingness to help demonstrated by the customer service I will never shop here again and I advise people not to. It’s a shame because I really liked the shoes and the design but I had a terrible experience with the customer service and will not consider shopping here again.
RE-RUN VIBRAM SNEAKERS
I read a review mentioning that after walking for more than an hour in sneakers of this brand, toes start to hurt. At first, I thought it was just one person’s experience, but it turned out to be true. My big toes also start to hurt while walking, and I don’t understand why. I think it might be due to the design of the sneakers. I tried changing the insoles, but it didn’t help.
I regret buying these sneakers, especially for such a high price.
I do not recommend them.

Most inconvenient return policy
Shoe sizes are not standard compared to other shoe brands.
Had to return twice, at a cost of 5euros and the most inconvenient retour policy ever. Self-requesting, self-printing, self-scheduling a pick-up with DHL, writing the necessary info on the package (!?) such as size of the box, weight of the box, return details etc.
Damn. Please learn a thing or two from Zalando.

Love the looks, don't love the quality
Love the story of the brand and the looks of my sneakers BUT the quality is, unfortunately, quite poor... I have my sneakers now for 8 months and they look like I have walked around the earth with them for the past 20 years...
