Contacted on behalf of my elderly parents and from the moment Gill answered the phone she was so informative and helpful answering all the questions I asked and was very professional. I mentioned I was getting quotes from other companies and she never pushed for the sale and explained exactly what Memoria could offer at a very reasonable price which my parents were happy with. Purchased a pre paid funeral plan for both my wife and myself. Shaun, the representative was brilliant. He clearly guided me through the process, explaining each part fully. Documents were then very quickly emailed to both my wife and myself.
