Takes ages to deliver the items which they show can b delivered immediately. Also cancel most of the order items at their own will without informing customers.

I love everything that I bought from members.com.

Was the worst experience ever. First you haven't send everything what I ordered(you claimed that you don't have all the products,either tho when I order it and few days after on your website was the information that products are in your warehouse).You were late in sending the product and you have did that after the delivery day have passed(order was made on 28th of November and you haven't been capable to send it on 15th of December).You charged me extra because for delivery either tho wasn't my fault for delay or missing products. You haven't asked if in the conditions that you don't have everything that I ordered,that you were late(obviously your employees have messed and forgot my order)if I still want the remainingt thing.You haven't responded it to my reclamation even now,so it shows that you don't care about your costumers.
Your package came open, not closed and the product was packed sloppy and unprofessional .
I won't recommend anyone to buy from this company because is the most unprofessional on market and they don't care about their costumers.
You don't deserve even 1 star..

I have now waited 8 weeks to receive my package and haven't still got it.

I have been to the package shop 5 times, because I got a text about my package had arrived - but it wasn't true.

Members.com does not care and their service is so poor. They wouldn't even order me a new product or try to find a solution who fits both parties...

I wouldn't recommend making an order from Members.com.

although they don't reply fast sometimes and there is not any phone number available for direct and fast contact, you can trust their customer service. I have been their customer for more than 2 years and I am buying regularly from them. Just one thing hasn't been improved during the pas 2 years is wrapping the sensitive stuff. unfortunately they wrap really bad and sometimes you receive your order while they are broken. I hope they improve this part as well to be perfect.
but anyway they will support you to get the new one or get back your money immediately.

The item is quality and arrived on time without any problem.

The products are always 5/5 quality, but the delivery..... so, so s s l o w.

The only reason that I didn't put 5 stars is because I have to wait too long for the delivery! 20days at least!!! otherwise the site is perfect and the products amazing!
