Good platform. Bad checkout.

It was nice to look at deals and events. However, checkout was terrible! I've never had so much kickback from trying to pay for events, lodging, or any other online purchasing experience.

I wasn’t able to book the reservation…

I wasn’t able to book the reservation that showed it was available. The hotel showed 5 left but when I checked out I kept getting error codes saying the price didn’t match. So I had to choose a more expensive room. I tried at least 7 times to purchase. The site is legit though but must have patience.

While booking, the hotel showed availability with a limited number of rooms left, but during checkout an error kept appearing indicating the price no longer matched. This required selecting a higher-priced room. The booking attempt was made multiple times, which can certainly be frustrating. The site itself is legitimate, but in situations like this, a little patience—and reaching out to us directly—can really help so we can assist in real time.

Total Scam

Over charged me. The “deals” are more expensive than normal to pay for them to middle man. I requested a refund and they refused despite their own policy. AVOID
Update* their response is fluff I have called it’s pointless AVOID

Doesn't Get Much Better Than This

Simple, straight-forward purchase and beat the big travel sites by twenty bucks a day for my car rental. Doesn't get much better than that. I will be back!

Absolutely love the discounts, however…

Misleading total cost of hotel room

I am not happy with the fact that on the page it gives a total that says includes fees but then after you book a room suddenly there is an additional charge for taxes. To me this is very misleading. It makes you think that taxes and fees are included but then surprise you with taxes after you already pay. At no point did it show the actual total until I had paid. Super misleading on the price.

Members deals won't refund my hotel…

Members Deals has refused to issue a refund for my hotel booking, even though I have written confirmation from the hotel approving a full refund. I’ve spent several weeks working with their customer service, and each time I meet their requirements, they respond by asking for more documentation.

They have now come back again stating they will not issue the refund. This has been extremely frustrating and feels more like unnecessary delays than a genuine effort to resolve the issue.

Based on this experience, I will not be using this service again and would caution others before booking through them.

The process was not always clear

The process was not always clear. I called the (844) 814-1416 number and the Customer Service representative was difficult to understand and he had to refer to other materials during our conversation. This made the situation confusing.

Hidden fees (taxes) after payment

Be careful if you're paying from anywhere outside the USA. There were hidden fees (taxes which were not listed) that appeared only after I submitted the purchase using a Canadian credit card. In a previous purchase, I used an American credit card, and the purchase did not have the hidden taxes. It would have been cheaper to buy tickets through Ticketmaster had I known.

Stay away from this company!

Stay away from this company!! They advertise a price with ALL fees included then they add an astronomical ’tax’ when they charge your card. They told us the charge would be $2520.00 with ALL fees included, then charged $2990.12. I immediately noticed when I received the email confirmation just a few minutes after booking but of course you had to cancel by hours before I even booked the reservation to not be charged the full charge. It made no sense and they are very tricky so buyer beware!
Search them and you will be able to see the number of people that were tricked by their false advertisements. Every review site and the BBB speaks for itself. If you have to add your tax then why not have that in the price that says ALL fees included. Theres a reason they don’t want to list it in the price. Vet tix should be aware of who they have advertised on their site.
