Sort out your stuff and never again suggest I am using an improper email or that I have not tried to make contact, nor try to suggest I change a non-existent password or imply I possibly checked a box to renew a subscription.

I signed up for MellowFlow having been impressed with their ad and the onboarding flow. Same day I paid £72 for access, I attempted and dove into the app only to not be impressed by the content or value. I never went back.
I was charged £141.09 for an annual auto-renewal on 24 November 2025 (6-months later) without receiving any advance reminder or renewal notice which was surprising.
I cancelled the subscription within 48 hours and submitted a refund request immediately. Their policy states refund requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days, but I never received a response to my submission.
After following up, they refused a full refund and instead offered only 50%, relying on a clause that applies to “initial purchases.” This was not an initial purchase — it was an automatic renewal. They never acknowledged my original form submission and simply ignored it. Please note their online forms do NOT send you a confirmation - if you use, ensure you get a screenshot.
I did not use the service during the renewed period.
The main issue here is the lack of clear renewal notification for a high-value annual charge and the refusal to issue a full refund despite immediate cancellation.
Consumers should be very careful with auto-renewals and ensure they understand how cancellation and renewal reminders are handled before subscribing.
I am unimpressed and filing claims with my Bank and the CMA

Shocking marketing
I applied 11 jan. Decided it wasn’t for me. Cancelled immediately and asked for refund on for day cooling off
When I tried to cancel they told me it was more than 11 days It was less than three. Initially They offered more discount, then more and when I didn’t give in told me my 11 days since application had passed, despite bank evidence
Now offering me 50% refund
It’s all a scam. They still insist it’s been over 12 days
I have asked for proof of this, nothing
Lots of offers. No clear mention of the 11 days and how many hoops I had to jump through showing I had read at least so many chapters and given a thorough explanation why I didn’t want it
Self help = not reading my emails not proving it’s been more than 11 days, lots of offers of special offers but still want 50% of my money. They can see I’ve not used it

SCAM AND FRAUD! I never signed up. Email never confirmed. Yet, they charged me TWICE and refused a refund!! I don't even know what this is and I never agreed to pay anything!!

I got charged $191 when I never have even heard of this app. I let them know I had recent fraud in my card and perhaps it was related to that. When I contacted them about this charge they said I needed to write their customer service team and use the app for 7 days and take screen shots and THEN they will “consider” a review. I wrote back explaining again that I will not use it bc I never purchased it to begin with! They kept responding back with the exact same email…. Like it was an AI response.
I’ll be disputing the charger with my bank, and also putting in a claim to the consumer protection.

Subscribing to the service is easy, but cancelling the subscription is not verifiable.
No confirmation of cancellation is provided, the account remains marked as “active”, and it is not possible to remove or replace the payment method.
Automatic renewals and non-refundable fees are stated in the terms, but the lack of a transparent and provable cancellation process makes it difficult to exercise withdrawal properly.
This is particularly concerning for a service marketed toward ADHD and mental wellbeing users.

I didn't sign up to an ongoing subscription; I have now had 6 monthly direct debits taken from my account for about £29. I thought I had sent a notice of cancellation which has been ignored . I am owed a refund of 6 months subscriptions and I have raised a scam/fraud enquiry with my bank
