The Mellowflow app introduced a degree of self discipline to me, so that I'm guided to NOT let the issues I'm tackling fade into the background and get stagnated while I'm crazy busy. After I complete... See more

Mellowflow is a scam. I don't want to write my reasons again, so this is the email I sent back in reply to the one chasing me up with a hard sell:
Dear Derek,
If that is your real name, your company is a scam.
I'm sure you snare lots of people with problems who are desperate for help, and that makes me angry.
CBT doesn't work the way you presented it - it helps to change the way you think, which in turn changes unwelcome behaviour.
No respectable company gives such a short time sensitive offer, with a clock timing down - ultra fast. Only fraudsters do that.
Anyone can ask questions linked to procrastination and its well documented reasons. In fact, an app that gives you daily tasks is relatively easy to create. You don't need to actually have the relevant qualifications or expertise to sound as if you know what you're talking about.
And which country knows all about the problems of clutter and procrastination again? Was it Finland, or Sweden, or Japan? Get your facts (or lies) straight!
Please note, if you're interested in getting daily tasks to help, write down 20 or so 10 minute chores and put them in a jar. Take out one every day, at random, and do it. That will help you to bypass the dreaded decision fatigue and overwhelm.
If you want to help yourself with the root cause of your procrastination then go to the library and get a CBT book or one specifically to help with procrastination. If you wouldn't remember to take it back (the reason that I now only borrow e-books!) then buy a relatively cheap one. You're better off saving your money to pay for a decluttering expert or a cleaner to help you get started (or when you're half way through and lost motivation).
Good questions and challenges that lead to insights. The promo that I saw for this app pretty much low-balled the type of suggestions that would be offered, so it was a bit of a surprise, but it's working well.
I’m getting things done. Far from a decluttered house but getting small amounts completed each day. Challenging to keep up with what is done and continue to progress
It has some great Questions about Life Choices..
MellowFlow really changed my thinking and helped me through these dark times I've been enduring since my brother's passing, thank you to the developers for making such a app this amazing.
Little early in the process to really judge but so far all good
I like the daily reminders 1st thing in the morning. Gets my thoughts in a good place.
I've been using MellowFlow for since 3 month, MellowFlow's lesson impress me the most.
Absolutely fraudulent and predatory business practices. **Do not even do a trial!!** For a service marketed for ADHD, its subscription feeds on people forgetting to unsubscribe which is what ADHD does. I did cancel and received multiple emails of discounts. Yet somehow was given an invoice and charged a subscription. Despite contacting them immediately, they claimed they did not see a charge under my information, then charged me again 6 months later. They don't respond to any refund requests by email, their online contact form, or social media. They just deleted my social media comments to warn others from utilizing their business and of my experience with this business that clearly many other people share.
Read through the rest of the reviews describing actual experience interacting with the company. They have no real intentions to help, looking for a way to make quick money, and are just preying on people looking for real solutions. The app is just information on procrastination and time management behind a giant pay wall, which the information you probably could find online for free and at least much cheaper. There are no built-in tools on the app.
Stay far far away from this app and company!
No clear way to cancel. I thought I had cancelled but they carried on taking (a huge amount) of
money from my account. I now can't even log on but they are still taking money. What a scam...

BEWARE - By signing up for the first 'introductory' course you are inadvertently signing up for a regular subscription. This is not made clear and there is no billing agreement so there is no notice of when payments will be taken (and therefore no cooling off period or chance to cancel). Had there been I would have not signed up. A very underhand way to conduct business. A further warning is that PayPal sides with them even though I stated that no billing agreement had been issued to me.
After receiving MellowFlow's reply to my review, I revisited their emails to me and I have no notification that it is a subscription service. The only document I received was my original invoice where it purports to be a one off payment. There is nothing about a further payment being taken from my PayPal account. I've also just realised that the sum on their invoice is in US$ and I was charged the same amount in UK£. As already stated, MellowFlow conduct their business in a very underhand way and are not transparent. Be very aware of them.

I found it interesting to answer the questions & it gave me some insight into how I'm thinking

MellowFlow comes across as a guided learning or feedback-based app that emphasizes user experience and structured lessons. The interface appears clean and straightforward, and the service seems designed to walk users through tasks or learning modules with minimal friction. The Trustpilot prompt suggests the company actively encourages honest, constructive feedback, which usually signals a team that’s trying to iterate and improve.

Very easy to use and informative! I’d prefer to cruise through the models but they don’t let you — which is honestly the best thing for me!

It's a scam. Beware of it. They keep charging me after one time purchase and make it very difficult to cancel. The app itself is very low quality.

Stay F A R A W A Y from these jokers.
They offered a free download of an e-book which my wife requested. The same day they charged us $32.16.
She went through the cancellation routine on their website shortly thereafter.
They have been charging us $64.33 per month ever since.
She tried to contact them but the phone number does not connect to a person to discuss and the cancellation process does not appear to work
Finally contacted AMEX and they are declining any further charges.
Rude shock withe AMEX ... they will not go after charges from subscription operators like this without the exact date that the cancellation request

The teaching is excellent, interesting, and very understandable. I feel some hope that maybe I can be “cured” of my chronic procrastination!
Thank you!
