I ordered 3 fans and only received 1. I’ve contacted Mellerware multiple times with no response. The customer service is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed with their after-sales support — I do not recommend this company.

Quick delivery, excellent price for great product

An incredible price for quality it brings! Fast delivery and very easy to apply! I bought 3 fans with lights and they give a very beautiful and luxurious look. The light comes with warm and cold light. A very cool breezy feeling with multiple speed options. I give it 5 stars! Recommend it to everyone.

The transaction with Mellerware was simple and effective. The product, so far at least works well. The only disappointment was the very slow delivery time. The delivery company twice alerted days for delivery and twice failed to deliver on those days. Suggest Mellerware consider using a different, better, faster courier service.

Ordered online 10 days later no delivery unable to track , had to cancel order as customer services did not reply despite to email requests over 3 days . Poor service

Bought a Comfy electric heating 2000W. Works great. App great. Delivered in just a few days. Super happy. You can improve on the manual. i.e. put a QR code to download the app.

I was happy with Mellerware products and reasonably fast delivery. But when I try to contact them with a review, I can't. It also takes a long time to get any replies. I'll go back to local walk in shops. I've started now already

The website overall is useful for purchasing, the information available is good and whole process was user friendly.

I give 3 stars because the price in the website is not similar to what i paid and i didnt understand that. I emailed already but they just gave me an invoice of the additional cost that i paid which i still dont understand where it comes from.

But yes, i already bought 2 products from them and its really good.

It's been one month since I ordered an article.
I was given with a tracking number that gives an incidence, and the shipping company tells me that the parcel has never reached their facilities.
No answer at all from mellerware although I have asked about ten times.
Very very disappointed. Now I'm asking for a money refund but still have no news.

If I could give them -1 I would horrible service DO NOT BUY from them they are a scam company ordered a Hoover about a month ago didn’t arrive and I contacted the costumer service they are ignoring me. Opened a legal case waiting for the lawyer to help me with the next steps DO NOT BUY from these scammers
