Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful, they answer late, without any sense, and it seems they don't pay attention to what you write before.
The product is good, but I do not recommend them.

I was really skeptical when I was buying because it was a great price compared to others in the market but the quality is top! I takes heat very very and though I have used it just once, I'm sure I will enjoy it. I'm coming back for more.

Order value, 320 euros. Delivery never came, SEUR stated delivered, made over 30 calls to them which was never answered or just cut off. Never answered emails. I have to now go to my bank to start a charge back against this company . I would avoid this company at all cost.

Good prouct , easy installing , power of light is good only thing i feel is the power of fan is bit slow, Only on level 6 it moves fast but not as expected. Rest all good.Brought 2 fans last month and working good.
