This is my third order and unfortunately my third disappointing experience with communication. For this order (placed Feb 2, as a birthday gift for a friend ), I was advised the item had already been posted. Tracking later showed it was not dispatched until over two weeks after purchase.

The item arrived and was as described, but repeated delays and inaccurate updates make the overall experience frustrating, especially at this price point

I ordered a necklace on the 3rd of March on behalf of my 3 young children as a mother's day present for my partner. It is now March 19th and the automated tracking says awaiting fulfilment. I contact the company by email on March 12th with no response, via IG mail on March 14th with no response(despite being active on the account and add posts, stories etc.) I messaged them today on their website and quote "Thank you for your mail.
Your purchase was sent out today you, it should have reached you by now. " - this doesn't even make sense.

This is my second and last purchase from this company. This bad review could have been avoided had they communicated with me clearly and efficiently.

Now I'm going to have to try and get in touch with someone for a refund. This'll be fun.

Absolutely delighted with this jewellery- I have ordered the "success" necklace and bracelet in silver for myself, rose gold for my daughter and they stand the test of time with everyday wear. I also have ordered the "pog" bracelets and they are fabulous too (can be worn two ways) and loved by Gen Z, Millennials and Baby Boomers!
Delivery is fast and if there is low/no stock you will be notified by email and the item sent out ASAP. 100% satisfied

I am very disappointed. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered the bracelet. Last week Tuesday I finally got a note that the product had been sent, it is still not there after 10 days. My email was not answered. Nobody can be reached by phone. If I have no information, and by the end of the week, if the bracelet ist nocht here, I will withdraw my payment. The ordering system is very unprofessional at MC. I will definitely not buy here anymore.

Saw their POG sports bracelet and liked it for my daughter’s birthday. Ordered it but quickly company got in touch to say it was out of stock and offered to send the silver one instead which they did promptly. Very good communication and the bracelet is lovely. Will use them again
