Lack of communication
I have tried multiple times to get in contact with Mekar Nursery about a refund through different emails and through Facebook but it appears as if they don’t respond to any of them
I just want to organise the refund before it ships as shipping to Australia is quite expensive
And I would probably still buy from this seller in the future as they have amazing verity’s but the lack of communication really bugs me

This sellers send me trees that we dead on arrival. The rootball were tiny, the tree were wilted. Do not purchase from guy this is a warning to any buyers…. I would hate to see this happen to any one else.

I still have credit $500 for plants ti be sent to CA via Etsy, but since they are no longer with Etsy, they never contacted me again. I trusted them, but they just ignored me. Beware to do transaction with them.

My plants arrived (to the USA)…
My plants arrived (to the USA) basically dead. However maybe it was my fault. As soon as I got them I repotted them in potting soil and watered them. Then but outside where they get morning sun only. Perhaps I should have soaked the roots in water for a few hours before potting them up and then left them in the house in bright light (not sun) for a few days first. I will probably try again for the trees I can't find locally.

2 out of 3 plants dead
I ordered three plants, one purple mangosteen and two miyazaki mangoes, the mangosteen and one of the mangoes lost all leaves and died a few days after i received them. The other miyazaki mango is healthy however so that was one plus.
